The Boos and Brews celebration at Dublin Corners Farm Brewery starts early afternoon and runs through the evening. You've already seen my Yashica-D photographs from the music later on. I got there mid afternoon and wandered about with the Argus, intent on finishing the roll of color film.

PERSONAL FUN FACT: When the Boo York dolls first hit shelves, I couldn't help but lust and drool over this two pack with Deuce and Cleo. This was the second time that Deuce's hair had been styled to the side, instead of straight up. The first instance had been when the Dawn of the Dance line came out. One of my most wanted/coveted dolls of all time had been a Dawn of the Dance Deuce, since I began collecting Monster High in 2013. I just couldn't get enough of his super awesome hair style. Since owning an actual Dawn of the Dance Deuce seemed so out of reach at the time, being that he was not distributed nearly as much as the other dolls from the line, making eBay prices super competitive, I resigned myself to the fact that I would have to make do without him. So naturally, it occurred to me many times to purchase Boo York Deuce, being that he not only had the same awesome side swept mohawk, but that he was also packaged with his goddess like girlfriend, Cleo de Nile. This pack went on sale at my local Wal-Mart during the summer of 2016. For several weeks, I pondered whether or not I should purchase it. I was secretly hoping it would get marked down even more while I mulled over the decision. But then fate brought me the greatest surprise of all--I found Dawn of the Dance Deuce himself, in near perfect condition, along with hoards of other amazing Monster High dolls, at my local flea market. One would think that after discovering my dream Dawn of the Dance Deuce doll, that all desires for his similar later released counterpart would disappear. But on the contrary, owning Dawn of the Dance Deuce made me that much more resolute that I wanted, no I NEEDED, this Boo York pack. So one afternoon, right after hitting up the local flea market, my sister and I greedily drove to Wal-Mart on our way home, and not only cleared out their stock of on sale Music Festival Bratz, but I also nabbed this Boo York set. I'm so grateful that I ended up with not one, but two amazing Deuce dolls. I should also note that they are actually somewhat different than one another. Obviously, this dude has added wrist articulation, but he also has a bronze colored earring. His skin tone is additionally almost shimmery for some reason, as is his Cleo's. His outfit is adorably preppy as well. If it weren't for my luck finding several Monster High dolls at the flea market, including the ever coveted Dawn of the Dance Deuce, I'm not so sure I would have been so eager to open my wallet and buy this amazing pack. In the end, I think the timing all worked out perfectly, and I'm so very glad it did!

The Impala was restyled on the GM B platform for the first time for 1961. The new body styling was more trim and boxy than the 1958–1960 models.
The 1963 Impala featured rectilinear styling with an engine-turned aluminum rear taillight panel surrounded by a chrome border on SS models. Engine choice was similar to 1962, with the small-block 283 cu in (4.6 L) and 327 cu in (5.4 L) V8s most popular. The Sport Sedan featured a new, creased roof line. A new "coved" instrument panel included simple indicator lights for hot and cold engine conditions. An optional factory tachometer was built into the dashboard, just above the steering wheel. Impala wagons got triple-unit taillights for the first time.

I used this car as the base of the 'Boo-Berry' custom back in December 2020.
This era Chevrolet were particularly boxy and rectilinear, a stark contrast after the styling oddities seen in the late 1950s.

Le CITY deluxe opens its summer season with its annual party Hello Summer 2012 to welcome the new magazine Le CITY deluxe SPAIN, rising from the merger of its luxury magazines MADRID deluxe and BARCELONA deluxe.
On Wednesday June 13 from 19:00pm the Boo will receive all the Le CITY deluxe guests in their Beach Club, a privileged place on the shores of the Mediterranean, which contains the essence of Barcelonas summer nights. Enjoy a magnificent sunset accompanied by the music “Ibiza Sensations” by Luis del Villar, the best cocktails, light-catering, Guest Dj ... and more surprises!
We will have the exclusive presence of the race-driver Dani Clos, the dancer Rafael Amargo, cover of the new edition of Le CITY deluxe SPAIN, and Fiona Ferrer Leoni, who will be signing her new book, the best seller "WACU Girls". I went into my local Tesco this morning to get a few things for lunch and I found they also had the Boo York budgets so I grabbed Clawdeen and Draculaura since my Mum had double discount, at least now they won't niggle at me I usually linger with the budgets but I got them early this time so it's good I can focus more on the other stuff that's coming out, now from Boo York I just need Astranova, Catty and the 3 pack I think that's it right? am I missing anything? and I also got this MH musical pen that plays the fright song.
Red Sox game at Fenway with Matt, Nick (just back from a year in New Zealand), and his girlfriend Sumeena (visiting from Germany, and here for her 21st birthday). The Sox won the night before, and the night after, but they got clobbered the night we went. Oh well, we still had fun watchin the game.

Rays leave Sox in deep trouble
Visitors hammer 5 homers in rout

There were cheers, and then there were boos. The cheers came as manager Terry Francona bounded from the dugout to remove starter Daisuke Matsuzaka. The boos were for Matsuzaka, who frustrated the fans and failed to help the Red Sox gain ground against their closest competition.
His performance was a debacle.
And the 14-5 loss led to the first official sign that the Sox have started thinking about 2011. Instead of having Clay Buchholz pitch tonight on short rest, Tim Wakefield will get the start. The watch has started on Boston’s elimination number — the Sox are 7 1/2 games back in the wild-card race — as talk turns to the prospects. The deficit appears too large to overcome, as Matsuzaka was unable to give his team one last grasp at a chance.
“I knew very well that this was a critical game, as far as our chances of advancing to the playoffs,’’ Matsuzaka said through interpreter Masa Hoshino. “So to allow what happened to happen so early in the game, I can really only apologize to my teammates and to the fans.’’
It was the walks, missed chances, and the long balls that allowed the Rays to clobber the Sox in a game that wasn’t as close as the final score indicated. Matsuzaka was not the only culprit. The two relievers that followed were equally abysmal. They only added to a parade of Rays running around the bases. The lowlight was a mammoth home run by Evan Longoria in the fifth.
But while it might have gone the farthest (it was last seen headed toward some cars parked in a Lansdowne Street lot), Longoria’s homer wasn’t the only one. After Matsuzaka had allowed two home runs, the relievers one-upped him, yielding three more before the end of the sixth inning. The five round-trippers were a season high for Tampa.
By that point, though, the adding-on hardly mattered. Matsuzaka allowed the game to get out of hand, allowing eight runs on eight hits and four walks in just 4 2/3 innings. There was no coming back from that.
“On a day like today, I didn’t have any life or bite or command on my pitches,’’ Matsuzaka said. “I’m sure that Victor [Martinez] felt that there wasn’t anything that he could try and do either.’’
Although he got through the first two innings unscathed before giving up a two-run homer to Ben Zobrist in the third, it was in the fourth that things started to fall apart.
“Lack of command caught up with him and kind of caught up in a hurry,’’ Francona said. “[Fourth] inning, we got walk, walk, bunt, and we’ve got bases loaded, nobody out. There was a lot of hits and some walks mixed in. That’s not a good combination.’’
After those two walks to start the fourth, B.J. Upton attempted to sacrifice the runners over. But the Sox didn’t take the out, as Martinez coaxed Matsuzaka to throw to third base to get the lead runner. He couldn’t, as Matt Joyce slid in safe.
“Took a chance,’’ Martinez said. “You can’t play this game afraid to make a mistake. Mistakes are out there. You can’t play this game being afraid to fail. I called it. I called it to third and we didn’t get the out.’’
The bases were loaded for Jason Bartlett, who walked in a run, the sixth time Boston pitching has done that in the last three games. Matsuzaka allowed an RBI single to Zobrist and a two-run double to Carl Crawford before getting out of the fourth. There was more ugliness in the fifth. Matsuzaka got two quick outs before allowing an infield single to Upton and that home run to Bartlett. He was then showered with boos as he was lifted in favor of Dustin Richardson.
The lefthander walked two batters and committed a throwing error, the major league-high 20th of the season by Sox pitching. That scored a run, ended his outing, and brought in Robert Manuel to face Longoria, who launched his bomb. Dan Johnson and Upton added back-to-back home runs in the sixth.
Meanwhile, the Sox could do little against David Price, who allowed just two hits and two runs over his six innings, with Martinez getting both of the hits. They scored three runs in the eighth, but by then it was too late.
The loss left the Sox thinking about the bigger picture, about the future, not about the postseason, which they’re almost certain to miss.
“It doesn’t look good at all,’’ Martinez said. “But we still have to go out there and keep playing. Keep playing and see what happens. The only thing we can control is keeping coming to the ballpark and keep playing hard. That’s it.’’

Red Sox game at Fenway with Matt, Nick (just back from a year in New Zealand), and his girlfriend Sumeena (visiting from Germany, and here for her 21st birthday). The Sox won the night before, and the night after, but they got clobbered the night we went. Oh well, we still had fun watchin the game.

There were cheers, and then there were boos. The cheers came as manager Terry Francona bounded from the dugout to remove starter Daisuke Matsuzaka. The boos were for Matsuzaka, who frustrated the fans and failed to help the Red Sox gain ground against their closest competition.
His performance was a debacle.
And the 14-5 loss led to the first official sign that the Sox have started thinking about 2011. Instead of having Clay Buchholz pitch tonight on short rest, Tim Wakefield will get the start. The watch has started on Boston’s elimination number — the Sox are 7 1/2 games back in the wild-card race — as talk turns to the prospects. The deficit appears too large to overcome, as Matsuzaka was unable to give his team one last grasp at a chance.
“I knew very well that this was a critical game, as far as our chances of advancing to the playoffs,’’ Matsuzaka said through interpreter Masa Hoshino. “So to allow what happened to happen so early in the game, I can really only apologize to my teammates and to the fans.’’
It was the walks, missed chances, and the long balls that allowed the Rays to clobber the Sox in a game that wasn’t as close as the final score indicated. Matsuzaka was not the only culprit. The two relievers that followed were equally abysmal. They only added to a parade of Rays running around the bases. The lowlight was a mammoth home run by Evan Longoria in the fifth.
But while it might have gone the farthest (it was last seen headed toward some cars parked in a Lansdowne Street lot), Longoria’s homer wasn’t the only one. After Matsuzaka had allowed two home runs, the relievers one-upped him, yielding three more before the end of the sixth inning. The five round-trippers were a season high for Tampa.
By that point, though, the adding-on hardly mattered. Matsuzaka allowed the game to get out of hand, allowing eight runs on eight hits and four walks in just 4 2/3 innings. There was no coming back from that.
“On a day like today, I didn’t have any life or bite or command on my pitches,’’ Matsuzaka said. “I’m sure that Victor [Martinez] felt that there wasn’t anything that he could try and do either.’’
Although he got through the first two innings unscathed before giving up a two-run homer to Ben Zobrist in the third, it was in the fourth that things started to fall apart.
“Lack of command caught up with him and kind of caught up in a hurry,’’ Francona said. “[Fourth] inning, we got walk, walk, bunt, and we’ve got bases loaded, nobody out. There was a lot of hits and some walks mixed in. That’s not a good combination.’’
After those two walks to start the fourth, B.J. Upton attempted to sacrifice the runners over. But the Sox didn’t take the out, as Martinez coaxed Matsuzaka to throw to third base to get the lead runner. He couldn’t, as Matt Joyce slid in safe.
“Took a chance,’’ Martinez said. “You can’t play this game afraid to make a mistake. Mistakes are out there. You can’t play this game being afraid to fail. I called it. I called it to third and we didn’t get the out.’’
The bases were loaded for Jason Bartlett, who walked in a run, the sixth time Boston pitching has done that in the last three games. Matsuzaka allowed an RBI single to Zobrist and a two-run double to Carl Crawford before getting out of the fourth. There was more ugliness in the fifth. Matsuzaka got two quick outs before allowing an infield single to Upton and that home run to Bartlett. He was then showered with boos as he was lifted in favor of Dustin Richardson.
The lefthander walked two batters and committed a throwing error, the major league-high 20th of the season by Sox pitching. That scored a run, ended his outing, and brought in Robert Manuel to face Longoria, who launched his bomb. Dan Johnson and Upton added back-to-back home runs in the sixth.
Meanwhile, the Sox could do little against David Price, who allowed just two hits and two runs over his six innings, with Martinez getting both of the hits. They scored three runs in the eighth, but by then it was too late.
The loss left the Sox thinking about the bigger picture, about the future, not about the postseason, which they’re almost certain to miss.
“It doesn’t look good at all,’’ Martinez said. “But we still have to go out there and keep playing. Keep playing and see what happens. The only thing we can control is keeping coming to the ballpark and keep playing hard. That’s it.’’

La bienvenida de este nuevo proyecto se realizó en el marco de la exclusiva fiesta anual Hello Summer que desde hace dos temporadas viene realizando el grupo Le CITY deluxe con la intención de reunir a sus clientes, colaboradores y amigos en una noche increíble.
Junto al mar y con la brisa de una tarde mágica, los invitados pudieron disfrutar de un exquisito light-catering. Michel Garnier deleitó con sus creaciones estrella, Don Ostra hizo protagonistas a los invitados compartiendo con ellos la más alta calidad de este producto y un sushi estupendo de Neko fueron parte de esta propuesta. El encanto del chocolate de Godiva permitió convertir unas fresas en exquisitos manjares junto con los helados Premium Mövenpick que contentaron a los más dulces paladares. Los sorprendentes cup-cakes y galletas de diseño de Think Sweet dejaron boquiabiertos a todos.
