Intricate spiral of an unusual and rare sea shell, a ventral harp snail (Harpa ventricosa).
It's cold in Wisconsin ( -11F or -23C). As a result, I'm going to refrain from a photowalk and revisit some of my recent shots. Can you really blame me?
This is the end of a rope on the walkway that leads to the beach at Kohler-Andrae State Park (Wisconsin). I like the textures here.
