Golden brown texture like sun
Lays me down with my might she runs
Throughout the night
No need to fight
Never a frown with golden brown
Every time just like the last
On her ship tied to the mast
To distant lands
Takes both my hands
Never a frown with golden brown
Golden brown finer temptress
Through the ages she's heading west
From far away
Stays for a day
Never a frown with golden brown
Never a frown
With golden brown
Never a frown
With golden Brown
The last moments of winter sun expose the varying textures on the side of an empty stone train as it passes Westerleigh Junction in March 2017.
66034 provides the motive power for this afternoon train from Acton in West London to Moreton-on-Lugg, in the Welsh borders.
Photo taken for the Macro Mondays weekly theme "Macro Textures" and "FlickrPhotowalk".
This was taken in an old cemetery in Holliston, MA,
“The true worth of a man is not to be found in man himself, but in the colours and textures that come alive in others.”
Another panorama. Textured Pic. many textures. Not sure if I like this but I think I do.
I like taking pictures of mountains. I can't believe it's december already. time flies
All of these were captured within 100 meters of each other while walking along one of many Keefer Lake forest trails. I had a notion to display the variety of textures in the different species of trees. The image enlarges well if you care to try to name each tree. The photo is a dodecatych! :)

I tried to get to Dunraven Bay on Sunday to get some sunset shots but the car park and road was completely jammed so gave up and went to Nash Point instead only to find the light had gone! So here are two shots taken a couple of years ago!

A beach pebble found many years ago. About 25mm (1”) tall. I’ve tried ever since to cheer it up - but it just won't have it! I may need to put it back?
Many thanks for all views, fav's - and particularly comments - all are greatly appreciated!
Happy Macro Mondays to you all!
