A sad day for England's Education System . . which has been in decline for decades ~ It was even bad enough to push me into early retirement years ago !
'feral-children' ~ beyond the control of their own parents ~ and teachers forced to attempt their job with both hands tied behind their backs ~ have resulted in a generation of 'teens' & 'twenty-somethings' who spend their evenings getting drunk and violent, then vomit over the pavement, and end-up in police-cells overnight !!
I utterly LOATHE what my beautiful homeland has become . . . Little wonder I am planning to retire to the Philippines ~ where being drunk in public is a Cardinal Sin . . .
And where I feel far safer than I do in King's Lynn, never mind LONDON !!!

This has no date but it appears to be a sample of Lyons' earliest type-specimen booklet. Also, the color on the cover appears to be by his tintograph method.
Note: This is shown in Al Gowan's book on pg. 13 and it is dated, 1941.
