I got most of my textbooks today. I have been skimming through the pages of the books and it looks a good enough challenge for this semester. When my check gets cashed this weekend, I'll get the other book. Day 331 of the project.

Note also that Africa north of the equator is called Negroland, and that much of western Canada is unexplored territory. There appears to be a few fugitive marks at the bottom of the map; presumably they were the first indications of a previously unknown land mass, now called Antarctica.
