This one is book 6 in a series of text books on Chinese history. I have many more of the same series.

This book was once a trusty companion of a Japanese student in Meiji Era, Japan. (1868 - 1912).

Actual publication date of book one of this series is Meiji 15 which is 1882. This is book 6, so was likely published in the same year, or soon after.
