بر اساس جدیدترین اخبار به دست رسیده، شرکت های پشتیبان استیبل کوین تتر به دلیل محدودیت در دسترسی به سیستم های بانک جهانی مجبور به ساخت هویت های جعلی برای تتر و سند سازی شدند.

بر اساس تازه ترین گزارش وال استریت ژورنال، شرکت سازنده استیبل کوین تتر و شرکت های پشتیبان آن در سنگاپور به علت محدودیت دسترسی به سیستم بانک جهانی، به فکر استفاده از روش های دیگر مثل: جعل سند، معرفی هویت های جعلی و تاسیس شرکت های کاغذی افتادند. شرکت عرضه استیبل کوین تتر با استفاده از این اسناد جعلی حساب های مختلفی در بانک جهانی افتتاح کرده است.

بر اساس گزارش وال استریت ژورنال، شرکت تتر از سال 2017 از روش های غیر معمول و نامتعارف برای حفظ دسترسی خود به سیستم بانکی جهانی استفاده می کردند. در این سال ولز فارگو رئیس چهارمین بانک بزرگ ایالات متحده آمریکا، چندین حساب بانکی مربوط به شرکت حامی استیبل کوین تتر را متوقف کرد که با شکایت شرکت تتر مواجه شد.

اسناد موجود نشان می دهد که شرکت های پشتیبان تتر بعد از عدم دسترسی به حساب های بانکی خود، در کشور تایوان حساب های جدید به عنوان هایلب هلدینگ افتتاح کردند. همچنین حساب بانکی دیگری تحت عنوان دنیز رویال دیس تجارت در ترکیه افتتاح شد که توسط وزارت دادگستری آمریکا اعلام کرد این حساب برای پولشویی برای یک گروه تروریستی استفاده شده است.

پائولو آردوینو، مدیر ارشد فناوری Tether و Bitfinex در 3 مارس توییت کرد که این گزارش ها و اتهامات صحیح نیست و اسناد ارائه شده شامل اطلاعات غلط و نادرست است. همچنین این شرکت اعلام کرد بارها به صورت داوطلبانه با مجریان قانون در ایالات متحده و سایر کشورها کمک کرده است.

I managed to make it down to the camera club tonight to give my talk. As people were arriving I was testing out the tethered capture mode of Lightroom.

I wanted to take some shots during the talk which would instantly show up on the alrge screen for the audience.

It all worked very well, except I didn't have time to do any tethered shooting.
