Across the road from the three hundred year old Three Salmons Hotel are the former stables, now an hotel annex. This is one of the original tethering rings for the horses. Today's equivalent would probably be an electric car charging point!
It's a stream of lighting that you control. The affected enemy is "grounded" by the electricity and any enemies caught in the lightning stream receive damage. Keep in mind that the enemy at the end of the lightning tether can still move, that's why I added the slowing effect to make it more controllable and you move your character to aim the concentrated stream at enemies in between!
This would seem like a really fun ability for bgs/arena when you use it against other players and they want to avoid the lightning!
Whew, it was pretty hard to draw even though it looks very simple! Thanks for seeing it and hope you enjoy!
Fennel, green apple, pomegranate and pine nuts salad, adapted from Culinary Media Network .
Self critique:
Lighting: Since I didn't shoot tethered, I wasn't aware of the glare on the apple slices. Front lighting will definitely make the salad brighter and more colourful. This was with a big glass door behind at 3 pm. Light reflected with a few styrofoam boards but still not enough.
Composition and propping:
Minimalism and rustic, to bring out the colours of the pomegranate. Vintage cutlery just arrived from the US, found on ebay. Used blue napkin to contrast with the green in the salad.
Taste:
Bloody yummy and bursting with wonderful flavours! One of the best salad I've ever made. First time using and eating fennel...very distinct taste and crunchy too...I've added honey to the dressing in the original recipe, and soaked the apple slices with pinch of sea salt, lemon juice and ice water. The result is a sourish sweet vinaigrette that makes the salad components a really appetizing starter for a great meal.
Okay the horse was tethered and I just shot the picture.
Occasionally these appear and are left down the river bank to fend for themselves all day as the world goes by, only stopped from wondering off by the longish line that fastens them to the river bank here.
Best seen large.
This could be my alternative day 6 photo. How I feel: free in appearance but tethered in reality. Or is it apparently tethered but actually free?
I really worries me when people do this. Anyone could just walk up and take him/her. This dog was so friendly. I had to stop and pet him/her before going in. He/she was crying for attention as I approached, sounding so desperate.

The Small Wild Goose Pagoda in Xi'an is one of the city's more ancient Tang Dynasty monuments, dating from 709, the tower was built to house Buddhist scriptures brought back from India. It was damaged by several earthquakes in the medieval period, one of which caused a large fissure to open through it's centre, another later caused it to close again!
There are several buildings surviving in the complex from the ancient temple that stood here, along with many animal sculptures.
