Just a test shot that turned into a happy accident. I like that my face is out of focus but the top of my head, hand and arm are clear.
The International Rose Garden, Kortrijk (Courtrai), Belgium.
The majority of the roses are established favourites raised in continental Europe. There are also test beds for newer - as yet unnamed - varieties.
Testing Arduino Pro and Graphic LCD (ks0108)
Had to use the Arduino Diecimila to get 5V to power the GLCD. The FTDI FT232RL USB-Serial board drops everything down to 3.3V...
1 Dec 09. At 4:16 p.m. I finally got a tiny Gorillapod for my tiny Canon and had to test it a little on my way to a grocery store.
I have a bigger Gorillapod for my dslr and now that it seems to be dark all the time it's been extremely helpful. I also have a regular tripod, but I tend to use the Gorillapod more often. Even the bigger one fits in my bag and it's easy to carry around. The tiny one probably fits in the pocket of my coat.
Test Taking Tip: Try not to "cram" during every spare moment before an exam. this only increases the feeling of desperation which leads to panic, and then to test anxiety. #test #testprep
My extension tubes for the Helios and the Industar.
With the Industar it's very hard to focus with low light, so I'll have to try again when the sun is shining (which isn't today, that may be obvious).
I bought 2 extension tubes, but have used only one here. I'm pleasantly surprised about the sharpness, I think I've used aperture f/8, but I'm not 100% sure. Take a look in the lightbox or at original to see that it's pretty sharp for a first try.
