My extension tubes for the Helios and the Industar.
With the Industar it's very hard to focus with low light, so I'll have to try again when the sun is shining (which isn't today, that may be obvious).
I bought 2 extension tubes, but have used only one here. I'm pleasantly surprised about the sharpness, I think I've used aperture f/8, but I'm not 100% sure. Take a look in the lightbox or at original to see that it's pretty sharp for a first try.

Well here it is! my first shot, its nothing special, I may have slightly misjudge how long it will take me to learn everything on this camera lol lets just say there are a fair few buttons that have yet to be pressed!

If you zoom in on this, you can see the diffraction rings from the artificial star being slightly inside focus. This shot was overexposed which caused the light to fill in the diffraction pattern a little.
Kodak Portra 160NC, home developed (which is probably why it looks like shit), run through my Pentax 67.

This shot was actually taken as a test shot for a star trail I took but actually turned out better as dawn effectivley ruined the star trail.

Shutter priority with the sun behind me.
Auto-exposure and -1EV flash leaves much of the picture 'exposed right' but retaining detail. Hard shadows from the bare flash head.
