One beautifully crafted model from Matchbox with absolutely nothing to dislike as such. Brilliant paintwork matched by nicely crafted tampos, mated to the ever so beautiful multi-spoke MBX wheels, this is a perfect little tribute to the game changing 1:1 model.

The Tesla Model S was introduced in 2012. Sales in Europe started in 2013. The Netherlands was one of the first countries due to the tax incentives for electric cars. Because of that about half of the European sales last year have been in the Netherlands.

I was very fortunate that the owner allowed me to sit inside. The driver's seat, even though it wasn't adjusted for my body, was comfortable. I feel uncomfortable in some cars as soon as my butt hits the seat. Not so, here.
HVAC and audio controls on the big touchscreen. Yes, there is a web browser with a 3G data connection. The owner cleverly displayed the Tesla webpage. There is also a phone app that communicates with the car. You can see its charge state, remotely lock or unlock, adjust the temperature before driving, and see the car's location.
