Designed by Franz von Holzhausen, the Telsa Model S is a full-sized all-electric five-door luxury liftback, assembled in the USA at Freemont, California and in Europe at Tilburg, Netherlands. The Model S became the first electric car to top the monthly new car sales ranking in any country, twice leading in Norway, in September and December 2013 and in Denmark December 2015.Global Model S sales passed the 150,000 unit milestone in November 2016, with the U.S. as the leading market with 57% of global sales its other leading markets being Norway, China, Hong Kong, the Netherlands, Canada, Denmark, Germany, and Switzerland..
The Model S was updated with a mid-cycle facelift in April 2016 with black nose cone being replaced with a body coloured facia, with a similar design to the Model X, adding adaptive LED headlights. A HEPA cabin air filtration system was added. The standard charger increased from 40 to 48 amps, and the interior was refreshed
In January 2019, Tesla discontinued the 75D version, making the 100D the base version of the Model S. In an engineering refresh in May 2019, range was increased to 370 mi (600 km) and smart air suspension was added. In February 2020 Tesla increased the range of the Model S to 390
The 90D was introduced in 2016, with a top speed of 155mph and a 0-60mph sprint time of 2.8 seconds, it had a reduced power output but performance improvements are accredited to the improved traction of the all-wheel drive powertrain. The P90D combined a front axle power of 259 horsepower (193 kW) and rear axle power of 503 horsepower (375 kW) with an accerlation of 1.1 g described as faster than falling In June 2017, Tesla discontinued selling the 90 kWh battery pack option

The Tesla Model S was introduced in 2012. Sales in Europe started in 2013. Due to the tax intencives for electric company cars over 3,500 Teslas have been sold in the Netherlands until now.

At this moment, 2020, Tesla represents almost 50% of all electric cars in The Netherlands. But at the time of this photograph Tesla was still an exclusive car and very uncommon on our roads.
Here a Model S is being protected by a fine and well fitting suit.
The Tesla Model S was designed by Franz von Holzhausen. The first deliveries to the NL took place in Aug. 2013. At this moment some 6900 Model S are registered in our country.

The 7th generation Corolla was larger and heavier and more aerodynamic than previous models. Created under chief designer Dr. Akihiko Saito who claimed to be developing a mini Lexus. the seventh generation moved the car into the compact class once the preserve of the Corona and Camry. The standard Corolla model range included the 3-door hatchback Corolla FX, 4-door sedan and 5-door station wagon models, with the range also including a Coupe a 4WD version of the saloon and an estate.
In Europe the five door Sprinter was sold as the Corolla Sprinter in some markets and simply the Corolla Liftback in others. The three and five-door Corolla hatchback however took the lions share of European sales.. Although basically the trim levels are Base, XLi and GLi, there was also the GS. The GS featured a fully colour-coded exterior and with full electrics and a tilt/slide steel sunroof. It also had an upgraded interior with white dials and a rev counter.In UK the Corolla was marketed as S, CD, and CDX. ">

While I really like the Model S, it makes no sense at all to own one in Greece unless you have access to another car. They're not sold here officially so there are no charging stations anywhere. I can understand why someone would buy one though, they're so good looking.
About the only thing the Tesla Model S is seemingly missing is a Head's Up Display or HUD. Otherwise, very nice.

The 85D introduced in 2012 and ran until 2015, replaced the rear drive unit with a smaller motor, while a second motor of similar size was added to the front wheels. The resulting AWD car offered comparable power and acceleration to the rear wheel drive. The 85D offered a 2% (5-mile) range increase and 11% increase in top speed over the 85
