The sun rises on a beautiful morning in Utah but has yet to clear the Hill Tops. These several Tesla charging station took me by surprise when we pulled in the night before and thought they offered a different kind of photography for me. This is the first time I had ever seen these before but as we found out were common in this area.

Rumor has it that Tesla is not going to fully present its affordable new car, the Model 3, in full next month. But this is something we will easy confirm or deny in March 31, when Tesla has confirmed it will present the car and start taking deposits for it.

This is what a Tesla should be - a sleek electric car powered by a Tesla coil collecting lightning bolts from streetside power poles.
The first Tesla I have seen on the street. This one has German registration plates and is left hand drive. Curiously it has a Yorkshire rose sticker in its rear window. I liked the flush fitting door handles. I wonder how they work?
Tesla cars on a truck heading south from the factory in Hayward towards Southern California. This was filmed while on autopilot from a Tesla Model 3, hand on the wheel and eyes still on the road.

Martin Eberhard, co-founder of Tesla, got a custom paint job for his roadster (the second car sold).
The orange racing stripes align with the leather seats, which are black on the edges and orange in the center.
The color choice and license plate rim left me curious, and sure enough, they look like the ”Professional” colors for the University of Illinois:
“The professional palette offers a more subtle approach with colors that are elegant, formal, and calm.”
Just a quick cell phone picture of my new Tesla Model 3 when I picked it up. Don't think I'll ever get it that shiny again!
This Tesla showroom and service center opened in late November 2014. It is the largest one in Ohio at around 23,000 square feet. A number of other auto dealerships were here before Tesla.
