Garage sale.
Seemed like they needed a little hot lead snow.
Got six of them, but none really lived up to expectations.
Oh well, still have lots of ammo.
"October 31, '32. Dear Kep: I'm sorta belated in telling u what a kick I got out of your clever letter-- but I did enjoy yours immensely. "Jigoku" means bell--and I saw lot of them at Beppu Oct 14-17. On the order of geysers... Three of us with a dog...Words in our Jap. voc. ...but with my rare pantomimic art went off on a glorious trip and SAW Japan. However, I MISSED the charming male whose picture I'm sending you. I know that's ALL I missed. Kobe is a bustling, noisy town but INTERESTING-- and I can't say I've a wee regret for taking this leap. Right now we're in quarantine for scarlet fever! So I'm catching up on sleep & sending forth more hen tracks. And we're having a glorious time. The co-workers are great fun-- it's like school again! Love, (indecipherable)
Hong Kong street style..not sure if the H&M distracts but I liked the bright pop of red so let it be.

Tacoma, WA - Enjoyed hanging out with extended family in the Great Northwest. It seems that every family has hilarious stories to tell. Ours is no exception, just when you think you've heard all of them there is a story that pops up and surprises everyone. Mom, on the far right told a story of a camping excursion that went horribly bad. Fortunately, there were no injuries.

At 6:49 a.m. EDT on Aug. 16, 2013 the second Global Hawk, GH 872, landed on runway 04 at NASA's Wallops Flight Facility, in Wallops Island, Va. For the first time ever, both of NASA's Global Hawks are at NASA Wallops. They will both be used in NASA's Hurricane Severe Storms Sentinel (HS3) mission, to investigate tropical cyclones. This photo is taken from behind the tail of GH 872 after landing. For more information about NASA's HS3 mission, visit: www.nasa.gov/HS3 Credit: NASA/ Brea Reeves

So little time for Flickr, just posting and not placing in groups--and slowly viewing the wonderful photos of my contacts! I truly appreciate all the views and comments very much!

I got off the bus at a different stop today so I could take a different walking route to work and came across the sundial at 29th Street. HDR plus the fake miniature look.
On the internet, on TV, in the papers—they keep telling us the planet is burning and hopelessly overpopulated. But where? I ask you—where exactly?
Get yourself a ticket for a balloon ride, a plane, or a glider, and look down. You’ll see endless stretches of untouched, open land. Space. Silence. Room for people to live. I know the truth is the opposite of what they’re feeding us.
There are so many beautiful, uninhabited islands where one could live peacefully, in harmony with nature. But no—they don’t want that. They want your labor. They want you stuck in the city, churning out productivity for… well, for what exactly?
I know. Do you?
