Birds don't have teeth do they? Well not exactly - the Humboldt Penguin (Spheniscus humboldti) has backward facing spines on its tongue and mouth to help it get a grip on fish.
She's entering the thicket, while you're only there with a one-way ticket. There's no chance to run, once she wants her fun~.

Took this photo before I realized that I misunderstood Macro Mondays' challenge for the week. The challenge is to get as close as possibly can to the subject including a measuring device. I like this image so I'm posting this also.
Collected these fossilized shark teeth years ago at a beach west coast of Florida.

This fence (flipped 180 degees) reminded me that at one time wood was used to make dentures. Wooden dentures were invented in Japan around the early 16th century.

Humbly thanking you for your views, faves and comments! Suggestions are always welcomed. Have a glorious day!

Close up of the scissor like teeth of our old sickle mower. These things move at lightning speed when it's in cutting mode and are known to take off fingers, hands and such if you're not super cautious. Freaks me out quite honestly.
Black and white abstract shot of junior hacksaw teeth. Shot with strong background light and various tweaks to emphasise contrast. Interesting how the shape of the teeth means the white could just as easily be the shape of the blade, rather than the black.
