Made during my father's childhood. As a BMW i3 hums by, a moment to reflect how tech evolution moves on. How much our perspectives change. Though some things don't seem to, like human nature and its pride, self interest, shortsightedness, ... We are currently in a global race to fabricate synthetic lives for ourselves, person-made everything, corporation and brand lead. But at heart, we're still hard-wired as human beings, and nature still exists out there. There must be a billion times the tech in any cell phone, compared to this car. Though I imagine that rolling across rural southern France before WW1 might have been more fun than any iPhone unboxing. Interesting that in areas like health science, in some aspects, we haven't move forward in the last century. Nor have our lifestyles. But each of us has some choice in what stars we follow, where our dreams lead us.

Public colleges, institutes and universities throughout B.C. are being engaged as part of a plan to invest in additional tech-related seats, announced Melanie Mark, Advanced Education, Skills and Training Minister.
“It’s critical that British Columbians are equipped with the right education and training for good-paying jobs in a 21st-century economy,” said Mark, who today met with a number of tech employers in Vancouver. “We’re building up British Columbians by improving access to affordable education and training so they can take advantage of growing tech-sector opportunities.”

This is my favorite shot of Tech Tower. I couldn't've asked for a better day to shoot it. Now tell me why doesn't the school use this rather than the shaft?

Lightfast Prints
Our exclusive QuickDry™ inks have been reformulated to assure even more vivid and true-to-life colour than before. And when you print on our new resin-coated Epson Premium Glossy Photo Paper, they deliver lightfastness that extends the life of your prints for over 10 years.2 For gallery-ready professional output, it's an advantage that's hard to beat.
2 Lightfastness rating is developed and conducted by Epson using accelerated testing of prints on specialty media, under fluorescent light (indoor display conditions) with glass mount.
Temperature, humidity and some atmospheric gases may also affect the rate of fading. The estimated lightfastness period does not indicate the colour changing or the durability of the paper itself. Epson does not guarantee longevity of prints. Epson recommends that your prints be stored in a photo album (or plastic photo storage box) or in appropriate sleeves commonly available from most camera shops.
