there was a victorian market in Leominster, the bench was right next to a teacup roundabout. this blokes wife was just getting on, which was odd as the ride is designed for children.
I inherited these cups from my mother, who passed away in 2003. She loved her cup-and-saucer sets, and left me nearly two dozen. I gave away or sold several, and kept the ones that I (and she) loved the most. The "Hazel's cups" series is devoted to those most special cups.

Tea is joy & peace poured out in one for a Happy 2016 - thanks to my daughter for creating my favorite pottery subjects and giving them to me for a very formative & functional Christmas present this year :>)
