i love this teacup! i used my close up lens for this one. i love how the tip of the handle is practically the only thing in focus
This photo focuses on the vintage teacup. Plain background is chosen to keep the photo simple so that the design of the teacup stands out. The bench helps to add more to the vintage feels.
The macarons and roses in the vase was added as a decoration and the red from the rose is in contrast to the background and filter that have been added.

I used couching stitch on the lettering and for the stripes on the cups. I love this minty green floss!
During a Mississauga Camera Club workshop on Saturday, we spent some time looking for graphic detail in a Centreville ride. This was a part of a large spinning sit-in teacup, which I've inverted, because I like it better upside down :-)
I absolutely adore teacups. I have so many. These are just a few. I painted the little peg shelf to match one of the teacups hanging and wrote "Share a cup of Laughter."
This is a Jan Mullen pattern. (I made a lot of these blocks - these 9 I sewed together and donated to the guild for their auction.)
