We were able to go to Millaree Plantation in lower Richland County for our field trip this week. Wonderful! Our host was Marion Burnside, and we are very grateful for his allowing us to come out and snoop around. A great place to study vegetation and natural history within the bottomlands of the Congaree River.

The Nuevo Latino Prix Fixe menu was developed by recent CIA graduate Eduardo Morali, a native of Mexico, who is continuing his education at the college while serving as a teaching assistant in the American Bounty Restaurant. Here Morali holds two of the appetizer choices, a Pan Seared Sea Scallop (left) and Blue Corn Tortilla Salad.
Amy, 18, is on her year out after A'Levels.
She is quite the go-getter as she
1) Got herself a job as a Dinghy Instructor for Mark Warner Holidays in Kos, Greece. This was between 4th September to 31st October.
2) She then got herself a job as a teaching assistant at a local school which she finished today.
3) At the end of April she will be a dinghy instructor for Neilson's Activity Holidays in Greece, finikounda. She will be there till September
4) She starts a Psychology Degree at University in October.
We are very proud of her.

Next Wednesday Amy is 19!
