Smile on Saturday - "tea-rific"
Butterfly Pea Weed Tea is supposed to help boost memory. At least I think it is ;)
The dried flowers make a very pretty blue color for the tea but it really doesn't have any flavor, so I often add lemon or mint to give this tea some kick. Adding lemon gives the liquid a more purple hue.
Bakers often use the butterfly pea weed powder in recipes to make pretty colors, especially for frostings.

For Smile on Saturday - tea-rific
the SoS theme is tea-rific and i am bringing back around a picture i took in november of 2014, frankly because i wasn't up for dusting them all for a photo op ~grin~
Having a delicious tea in the middle of nowhere, Konya, almost in the middle Turkey, with the still dry and hot weather in September, is a wonderful experience.

I remember that, some years ago, my father was reading the book "Tea Time for the Traditionally Built", belonging to a detective agency series of novels by Alexander McCall Smith.
I never read his books, but my naive guess is about a murder occouring during tea time... and here the picture of today! ;-)
