Almost certain this this is the Short-billed Dowitcher, given location and bill markings, but you never know!
This little one has been a nightmare trying to spot. I keep hearing the songs, but haven't spotted him yet (except one time on a run just before sunset). Finally, I snagged a brief moment before he leapt off the branch and took off.
