Like the O-X2 Tank, this was made for a game we played at Brickfair Virginia, 2016. Working with sand blue was pretty fun, despite the parts limitations. John used this as his tank, and the gear operated elevation adjuster proved pretty useful.
Also, bit of a life update: I've been busy with college, but am still building in my spare time. John and I will have another small collab finished soon, hopefully posted within a week.
We've also been adding more tutorials our site, so check that out: www.brickbuilt.org/?cat=77

PA-4
The PA-4 started its life as the PA-3. The Army
requested the development of an even heavier tank, officially classed as a super heavy tank.
The original tank's armor was increased everyhwhere, 75/55/40 with a 80mm cast turret and by some modifications, its engine power went from 320hp to 350hp.
However, the most significant change is the main armament, a high-velocity 76.2mm L/40 naval gun that was originally an AA gun on Tongorian warships. With such powerful gun it can destroy any other tanks it might face on the battlefields, even a tank of its own class.
Karapuzhnyi tanki concept tank (shown here is a wooden mock-up).
A concept being currently researched by Tongorian engineers. It would surpass even the PA-4 in every statistics, armor, armament weight. The requirements it needs to meet:
Armor:
Hull: 130/100/90
Turret: 140/100/100
Weaponry:
107mm naval gun in a turret
several water-cooled light machine guns
The engine would be a 600hp radial engine, using the same ones as on the Shetsov Sh-3 heavy bomber. This coupled with the wide tracks would provide relatively good off-road manouverabilty and a reasonable 15km/h maximum speed. However, most of the generals think such a vehicle might not be possible currently and funding should be focused on the PA-4 and other tanks.
So there you go, all my tanks I plan to use in D&C V.
It is doubtful that any of you remember any of my oldest designs from my time on Flickr, but I recently decided to improve an old turret design thanks to new parts over the past six years and I'm hoping to follow up with a complete tank sometime soon. This is an original turret design I first made for an armored car, and I remember how proud I was at the time. The new model shown here carries a 50 mm long-barreled high velocity anti-tank gun.

Don't know what this was used for but there is a vent at the top, a drain at the bottom & an inlet / outlet at the side.
The last surviving tank landing craft used at D-Day which avoided German shelling during the landings only to sink 66 years later in a dock on Merseyside arrived in Southsea today as part of her move to a museum.
Landfall, also known as LCT 7074, was restored at the Portsmouth Naval Base in a £4.7million project and will now go on to grace Southsea Common in Hampshire in front of the D-Day Story museum.
The 194ft (53m), 300-ton vessel was one of 800 such boats which carried tanks and military supplies on to the French beaches at Normandy as part of the Allied invasion force of June 6, 1944.

But a £5million rescue operation by the Royal Navy's museum then saw her raised four years later and restored at the Portsmouth Naval Base.
Here is my M2a1 medium tank.
sorry for my lack of posting lately but i have had some major builders block tank wise but I ave a lot of projects to work on now. Also the .50 cal and marine on the tank isn't meant to be accurate to the division the tank belongs to it is just to show the size of the tank. The tank never saw combat.
c&c is wellcome

This is on display in DeKalb, Illinois. This really does need some maintenance. Hopefully, they will get it fixed up soon. I think this version is a M5A1 (Stuart VI), of which 6,810 were produced. This was the major variant in US units by 1943.

The inscription reads:
"This memorial is erected as a tribute to those of the city of DeKalb who have served with courage and honor in the defense and preservation of American liberty"
Another old one from 3 years ago. I've always loved this shot. the tank traps aren't on show at the moment, but well buried under the sand ,so this one has always been a bit special for me.
The CLB 75 Tank was a U.S.-produced, prototype armoured fighting vehicle built by the C.L.Best Tractor Company of San Leandro a rival of the Holt Manufacturing Company. Developed sometime between late 1916 and early 1917. The tank was widely photographed in July 4th 1917 parade in San Francisco. Only a few models were used one of which had a semi-cylindrical hull with a turret and another was similar but the hull had flat surfaces. The tanks trained with the California National Guard.
Seriously, I cannot tell you how quick I made this one, I think it's a new personal record... and quite happy with the result too.
I'm back! I've spent nearly three months of designing and building my next tanks and here is the first product of my labour. Can you guess what tank it is?
Also, during my absence I have surpassed 100 followers! Many thanks to everyone who has supported me throughout this. Feel free to tag yourself in if you're following me!
Two Cromwell tanks were "stolen" by IDF combatants from a camp of the British Army before the latter left Palestine. These two tanks of differing models took part alongside French Hotchkiss light tanks in DANY, YOAV, and HOREV Operations (1948-1949), manning crews of new immigrants from English-speaking countries.

This 95 ton assault weapon was designed to smash thru the German Seiigfreid Line, and later was planned for the mainland invasion of Japan. Mostly designed to fight it out with concrete fortifications it was built to withstand frontal hits from any known gun of the 1940s. The 12” of frontal armor and heavy 105mm gun could have easily gone blow for blow with the German Maus or Jagdtiger super heavy tanks of the time. To put the armor in perspective it is the same thickness as many battleships. The armor came at the cost of a top speed of 8mph. It never reached the European theatre before the end of the war, and this is the only remaining tank of two completed examples of this collosul piece of WW2 design,
Remote control hover tanks would pretty much be the most fun toy ever!
This started off as mainly a challenge to use some of the parts from some of the basketball sets. I then tried to see what other odd parts I could use in new ways.
This Basketball piece makes the base on which the entire thing is built around.

On the road between Lascelles and Nullawil. (Not the main drag.)
The Wimmera is a place of broadacre grain farming and limited amounts of water. On many of the 'less travelled' roads are water tanks for the explicit purpose of providing water to fight fires. The soil is a vibrant color after rain.

Very old builds, but never uploaded them to flickr. I have about thirty vehicles as of now, and I need to upload more of them.
