Ι found a large pallet that was in very good condition. Immediately I said I want to make a table of these woods! Τhe result you see leave me very satisfied! It took me 4 days to build.

Made in 2008 whilst working at Baxter & Lee Furniture, Ambleside, Lake District. Walnut with a sycamore butterfly to join a natural split. The front edge has sap wood where the shape of the original board is left
I would have liked to pull some body parts out of the dumpster and line them up on this table...and...since there was a pair of shoes available, hopefully they would've fit the dummy's feet.

Descending Table Mountain in Cape Town, South Africa the view up was incredible as the "table cloth" started rolling down the trail.

The idea was to recycle a special size pallet, from a robot for a plastic machine, and make a huge table for a country house.
This table is perfect to share a BBQ or a paella with all the family in the same place, and enjoy the mediterranean wheather.
Also, the tree is integrated in the table due its central hole.
