An ex Warbonnet faces west on an EB power move but with a bit of a twist. If you look above the number boards on the cab you’ll notice a strobe light that is mainly used on locomotives in switching service or remote control operation. While it’s pretty cool, it also is concerning since BNSF has been trying to find any way to get rid of their Dash 9s in the last year or two in favor of more Gevos.

While many of the local residents are headed to school or work on a beautiful Friday morning in Jefferson, WI, Job 18 takes headroom over the Rock River to switch the Nestle Purina plant.
Our first visit to the glorious Torres Del Paine National Park in Southern Patagonian Chile, was the most memorable one of many future visits to the park. We hiked the famous W-circuit in middle of winter. We met nobody for 5 days. This adventure will always be marked as our complete "switch" to hiking in the wild...
