A late afternoon walk in Sutton Park, where the sun had mostly dropped below the horizon, leaving only the treetops lit in the golden light.
Here, the stream and birches remind me of a damp Finnish forest. Sadly no bears or Siberian tits to enliven the wildlife.
Sutton House is a Grade II listed Tudor manor house in Homerton High Street, Hackney, London. It is owned by the National Trust.
Most train shots of Kings Sutton usually include the parish church. This, however is the more enclosed view achievable from the station footbridge. Freightliner's 70005 speeds north with a late running 4M99, 14.57 Southampton - Crewe Basford Hall on 17th September.

A look at Sutton Coldfield Station, before I headed into the town centre for a look around.
The station is on the Cross-City Line (north) between Birmingham New Street and Lichfield Trent Valley.
It's between Railway Road and Station Street.
The station was built in 1862. Repairwork took place in 2003.
Sutton Park Station building on 02/10/80.
Situated on the Midland Railway's Walsall to Water Orton line, Sutton Park station closed to passengers in 1965. The main station building lingered on in commercial use for many years but is now demolished. The Sutton Park line itself is still open as a busy freight route.

Day Parade 2015 (LNYDP 2015). We were standing on opposite sides of the road in Picadilly
near the junction with Regent Street. The parade featured bands and particpants
fronm all over the road, along with representatives from London
