In the morning at Parramatta river, Sydney, Australia.

Peace be with you.

Our Daily Challenge ... dawn or dusk.

The sun has set, the tide is coming in ... it's time for fishing!

One of my favorite places on the planet. 70' down in Monterey Bay's kelp forest looking up.

The surge from a large wave at Turimetta rapidly approached me as I stood waiting on the soft, wet sand.

There is nothing quite like being on a beach or rock shelf early in the morning as the fresh seawater surrounds you.

- www.kevin-palmer.com - Just outside of Brockway, I managed to get a few miles ahead of this ominous shelf cloud. The NWS would later classify this storm a derecho.

Thursday evening and after a rainy day the skies started to clear to produce a beautiful evening.

I decided I had to use this opportunity to get out and about with the camera, so headed north to one of my favourite spots.

This was taken near Cullernose Point looking north towards Craster village and the ruins of Dunstanburgh Castle.

The sea was quite lively and a few waves managed to catch me out. this one soaking me from my toes to my knees!

Spiral love, spiral hate;

it's so hard to navigate.

Spiral life, spiral fate;

our DNA shall make us great!

Spiral hate, spiral love;

like falling down, from high above.

You hit the ground, hard enough,

to spin around and call it tough.

Spiral love may ebb and flow,

may wax or wane, or surge and grow.

Spiral hate's the canker's node,

that irritates, erupts, explodes.

Spiral love's the illicit code,

for pumping blood from head to toe;

and other places not far below.

Spiral love is all I know.

Spiral love, spiral hate;

it's so hard to get it straight.

Spiral life, spiral trait;

to pair, to bond, and conjugate.

Spiral hate, spiral love;

the savage beast and the vestal dove.

Spiral love, spiral hate;

the will to kill to procreate.

Spiral love's the implicit code,

that sets a path on many roads.

Spiral hate's a different mode,

of jealous mate and guilty ode.

Spiral love, spiral hate;

it's so hard to expiate.

Spiral life in a spiral state,

where only spiral death awaits.

Surge at Warriewood Beach this morning.

Went for a big weapon overhaul that fits the character quite well, I feel.

I also prefer the headgear orientated this way for non-combat mode.

Water was thundering through this arch... you could actually see pieces of rock being eroded off.

Hi friends! Welcome to my new mini series! I've been working with the awesome and talented Alex Zyuzikov to create and design a fun comic series that will hopefully bring something new to Flickr and all our contacts! It's been a fun challenge since I live in Arizona and Alex is in California. It's also been a way for us to stretch our imagination and use our talents in an unusual way! I really hope you all enjoy it as much as we do!

Don't forget to add me or Alex as a contact so you can follow along!
