Superman est là ! je me suis décidé à l'acheter quand j'ai vue que je pouvais l'avoir pour seulement 17,50€ !!!
Superman is here! I decided to buy him when I saw that I could have him for only 20$ !!!
Composite Superman has now been my current most favourite superman villian, purely because of how awesome he is! (and maybe a bit of robot chicken did something to help that) i was actually surprise lego didn't took a gamble and made him. tho to be granted i don't think they would know how to tackle the new hair helmet mold.
So, what does my fig have new to the table of parts? the first ever duel molded lego torso! Cause i figured if lego can do arms and legs in duel molding, why not heads or torsos (maybe for a future twoface? ;) ) the first one is more of a classic comics style superman and the second (tho not really different) has batman in a more modern approach. i think the classic one still looks cool
TBH i actually tried to make a real composite superman with real lego parts and a pair of pliers (if i find it i will show ya) and it turns out it is ALMOST possible to make a purist composite superman. Key is using the harley quin legs (weither red and black for the modern or red and blue for the classic) and if you have the parts like a pair of duel molded red and blue boots and black and gray boots, then basically you made the legs of composite superman
I hear screams at the eiffel tower monument, I fly as fast as I can to see people running away, I land close by to search for lois.
“Superman?” I turn to see lois.
“Loi-” I get distracted to notice something rush me to the side, causing me to crash at one of the pillars.
“Sorry to interrupt a passionate moment between you and your loved one.” I look to see the voice from earlier, it looks to have a body similar to the robots from before, but it’s in blue, and a quarter of it’s head has a human eye and skin surrounding it, with hair. “But I have a score to settle.”
“What did I do to be your enemy?” it chuckles before flying at me.
“You took down lex luthor, you stole my kill.” it grabs and throws me inside the structure.
“That doesn’t make any sense, unless…..” Then a possibility hits me, “You were one of his victims?”
“There we go! At least now I know you’re not hopelessly clueless.” I attempt to get a hit on him, but he blocks it and slammed me into the ground. I blast my laser vision, but it barely fazes him.
“Nice try, but I don’t burn.” his arm transforms into an arm cannon, blasting me several blocks. There’s gotta be some way to beat him. He flies right at me. I grab a street lamp pole and swung it at him, incapacitating him for barely a few seconds before he flies back at me. I block him, however the force of impact causes me to crash into the ground.
“Honestly, with all this power, I don’t know why you thought of becoming a superhero. Seems kind of idiotic if you ask me.” I try to go for a punch, but he dodges only to knee and grab me by the neck before throwing me at a bridge. I get up to try and rush at him to get him away from the people, but he holds his ground and throws me at another wall.
“You done yet? I’m starting to feel slightly bad for you.” He jokes before going for another hit. I dodge and grab him by the forearm before using freeze breath on his chest and punching him. I notice, His chest isn’t healing, it’s possible that maybe freezing his body will stop him, but it likely won’t work while he’s still moving. I don’t have enough time before he blasts at me.
“Is that it? Do you really think a little bit of cold air will stop me?”
“No, but maybe this will.” I clap my hands together, letting out a thunderclap, which the impact has him fly through a wall. Giving me a bit of time to grab him by his leg and fly as fast as I can into the sky.
“What are you doing?” He asks, slightly confused before realising what I’m about to do.
“Are you insane?! You’ll kill us both!” He shouts, trying his best to break free. Before I turn back to him.
“We’ll find out, won’t we?” I continue to fly as fast as I can until I see darkness and the stars. And finally, with all my strength to throw him as far away from earth as I can. The last I see of him is his body freezing before he disappears.
I then notice…. I’m in space, and…. I’m still alive.
“But… how?” I think to myself. I notice a slight glow surrounding my body, almost like a… forcefield. I then notice the glow of the sun, and how it feels… warm.I look around to see the stars and other planets, and how…. Beautiful it all looks. A smile escapes me. I get one last look at the scenery of the stars and planets before I fly back down to earth, thinking to myself.
“Lois is gonna be so jealous.”

I rush back to meet up with lois.
“Hey, sorry it took so lo-” she hugs me tightly.
“Never do your crazy plans without at least telling me Kent, or I swear.”
“Don’t worry lois, I’m fairly sure you’ll kill me before any villain does.” She does a fake gasp before lightly punching me in the shoulder. I respond by laughing a bit before she joins in.
“So… that concert, we still going?”
“Due to the attack, the concert was kinda….. Cancelled.”
“Oh, Lois I’m-”
“Don’t say sorry Clark, I get it. Although I’m curious to know why that guy was attacking you.” She asks, arms folded. I look up at her.
“He was one of Lex’s victims, said I took away his chance.”
“That sounds dumb if you ask me.” She mutters out.
“Lois.”
“What? It is!” I chuckle a bit before putting my arm around her.
“So, hotel?” I ask.
“Hotel.”
She finishes as she puts her arm around mine and we walk back home.
David Corenswet is James Gunn's Superman in a James Gunn film based on a story by James Gunn. New 12 inch figure for this summer's biggest James Gunn hit...or flop...too early to tell.
This poor figure has a tiny head compared to the body. $10 play line figure.
Oh boy did I score big time with this epic sunrise at the Superman Barn in Breeza in NSW this week. No filter was used and the colours have not been touched in photoshop. This barn was built specifically for the "Superman Returns" movie in 2006.

I've been wanting to do this for a while since I got both the telephone booth and the Superman/Clark Kent fig. Once I got the broken glasses head, I knew it was time. Threw in some new versions of Superman villains and here we are! Really happy with how this came out.
Top, left to right:
Granny Goodness (new Ursula hair but lots of other new parts too) and Silver Banshee (new BAM hair / Taskmaster head)
Bottom, left to right:
Parasite (new Scooby Doo head), Superman (new HP head / Clark Kent torso), and Manchester Black (new hair / Jurassic World head)
I've always wanted to use Martian Manhunter legs for Superman. However, the universe did not agree, leaving me with the loosest legs possible, so loose that they do not actually stay on the torso.
Discovering his powers later in life, he sometimes has difficulty controlling them, hence the helmet, gloves and headset.
Anyway, thanks to Kiteman, I was able to give Superman a decent looking helmet.
Time for a new suit....what to do...a giant Bat? No, been done. Red white and blue with an American Eagle...no, been done.

A moc I built in celebration of Man of Steel 2 being confirmed with Batman! Obviously this is inspired by the amazing film Man of Steel. This is my first Superman moc and I also wanted the try out the crashed effect of Superman in the road :)

The Red Hood is behind bars, but something doesn’t click for Helena when she reads that he identified himself as Duke Thomas, the original Robin who died almost 40 years prior. She heads out to interrogate him and gets him to talk about how he came back.
Not long after his funeral, members of the League of Assassins dug up his grave and took him to the mountains of Tibet. Under the orders of Ra’s Al Guhl he was reborn in the Lazarus Pit, all part of his plan to take down the Dark Knight. They used his anger for getting killed against him and began training Duke to eventually eliminate Batman. However, by the time he was ready, he was too late; Bruce had already retired from crime fighting and hid himself from the world.
After spending the next 30 years wandering around India, news about Batman returning to Gotham put him on his path of revenge again. He took the next plane to America, but by the time he arrived Bruce had already died. Furious that the opportunity to strike back against Bruce had been taken away from him, he began focusing on Batwoman instead.
Before he returns to his cell, Duke warns her that his quest for vengeance is not over yet and that he won't stop until the cowl is his.
Meanwhile, Helena has started a relationship with Colleen Edwards, the Nightwing from Blüdhaven. After meeting each other during Red Hood’s attack, the two decide to continue their crime fighting careers together.
When the Justice League starts running out of money, businessman Lex Luthor steps up to offer funding for their projects. During negotiations he mentions to only want one thing in return; a solid supply of Kryptonite. He promises to only use it to improve LexCorp’s commercial products, but he secretly has other motives.
Driven by a need for popularity and power, Lex has been working on a powerful suit which would allow him to take on Superman first hand. He sees him as a threat to the Earth and thinks of himself as the perfect person to replace him.
The only thing he was missing to complete his project? Kryptonite.
As Lex manages to put the finishing touches on his Warsuit, he begins carefully planning Superman’s demise.

Another in our series of British icons (and Hollywood icons today since James is Superman, minus the cape, but wearing his PJ top!). We shot this before the mad rush to get to hospital this morning, only to discover my oncologist had lost my script, so have been sent home and am waiting for someone, somewhere, to ring me to tell me where to collect my chemo.
