Into the first few weeks of the fall color. Usually the trees on the other side are as red as flame all at about the same time.
This fall season of color is a bit odd.
Driving the highways of Utah, south of Salt Lake, during a cotton candy sunset. Bales sit, waiting to be taken off on trucks.

The one photo I strive to capture every year. Few bodies of water that I have ever come across turn into such a perfect mirror for the stunning background. Never the same image year over year. If you dive into my past images, you will see what I mean.
No matter the fall conditions, worth it.
Taking advantage of the final October Camp, Mt. Rainier and the the last sunset did not not me down. For two minutes I couldn't set the camera down. Had a hard time picking the focus and framing. Lots to work with, time not so much.
