Here is the wrapping that was used as three small packages wrapped in camouflage tape on the ground outside of the fence. The packages contained six flip phones, three watch-type cell phones and two other smart phones, along with two SIM cards. There were also three bags of tobacco, two bags of marijuana totaling .11 ounces, six packets of Suboxone and a .3-ounce bag of methamphetamine, as well as a piece of paper with a phone number.

Alert mailroom staff prevented four strips of suboxone from reaching an inmate during a package inspection.
Suboxone and other items were found by food services staff behind the kitchen in the loading dock area prior to inmates reporting to work.
Staff of New Hanover Correctional Center seized a contraband bundle thrown over the fence. Four strips of Suboxone, a pound of tobacco, two packs of rolling papers and a lighter were kept out of offenders' hands and destroyed, as Prisons policy dictates.

The things you find in the trash! In Morrison CI's minimum custody unit, an officer checking the garbage cans found Suboxone strips, airline liquor bottles, loose tobacco, a pack of smokes and a lighter. Soon, they were trashed again—for good, this time.
