Larry H Miller service department in Boise, Idaho replaced a defective rear headrest with what they claimed was a brand new headrest. These pictures of what is clearly a filthy, used headrest, were taken after picking up our car from the Larry H Miller service department.

I was amazed all day how poorly Oregonians handle snow, particularly those in Eugene. I couldn't believe when I saw a Ford Expedition with chains on ALL four tires. Just ridiculous. It was like 3 inches of snow. These people would be laughed out of MN or the rest of the Midwest :-P
