Eden is wearing Old is New blouse, Style Council skirt, Hourglass shoes, A Brighter Side purse, all from Fashion Royalty. Pearl earrings are from Silkstone, I believe.
Built in 1899, this Renaissance Revival-style building was built by George A. Dole on land once owned by his father, lumber baron Alexander M. Dole. The two-story building features a large storefront with a steel lintel on the first floor, with window openings on the second floor being home to two double hung windows with transoms, and blind arches with brick trim and keystones, with a cornice featuring extensive corbeling above. The side of the building features a light court with corrugated metal cladding, six-over-six double-hung windows, many of which feature shallow arched tops, and the outlines of now-demolished buildings that once stood adjacent. The building is a contributing structure in the Minneapolis Warehouse Historic District, listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1989.
