A striking studio portrait capturing the menacing aura of Skeletor mounted on Panthor. For this composition, the focus was entirely on playing with the character's iconic color palette. Strobist Info
1) Einstein camera right slightly front in stripbox with grid , (bottom portion is goboed with black paper.
2) Einstein camera left on the back in stipbox with grid.
Have you ever wanted to experience life from a different perspective? Laying on a cloud of Gardiner’s mist… or drenched in loving vapors?… I think this way, when I shoot flowers… Really!!!... Primarily it’s about the light…
My dear friends… dancing with the light is key… Now lets spice it up… I love adding elements that add to the experience… to add texture and passion, I floated this orchid in orange juice…
I have shot flowers in Milk, Honey, Chocolate, sour Cream and now Orange Juice, to name a few…
I used two overhead fluorescent lamps… and to get highlights, I used one LED flashlight… Then I took an air can and used it to create wave motion….
Make sure to use a tripod... and set your camera on self timer, so you can hold the flashlight and air can...
Create and always shoot with the light...

Xmas lights in the background, 21cm gridded spot with orange gel on the background, stripbox camera left, white cardboard reflector in front of watch - and right rear.. SB900 aimed at reflector on the right @ 1/128. ELC1000 through snoot at watch above camera to the left. Watch on black glass.
Strobist info:
1) Einstein up top in a large softbox. Model is far away, I really use feathered light here.
2) 2 Einsteins firing to white backdrop.
3) Another einstein in a small softbox, slightly camera left as a fill, really low power.
