I wanted for a long time to make a shot in a wheat field. I proposed it to my familiy and well, we had to find a good spot to make it quietly. I had no octobox or umbrella for the light and no more AD600 from Godox. Therefore, I did it with the bare speedlights.
Strobist info : 2 speedlights in TTL mode on the right side of the camera, at 80 and 40 degres of the models to fill the shadows. The sun was here for the rim (litlle) light.
Post-processing : Mainly in Lightroom then in Photoshop : mainly frequency sepration to improve the shadows on the faces and to soften a little the skin (really a little).

PP work in Luminar Neo filters.
Luminar Neo had an update of a couple of new filters that I am trying out, this being the Restore. I have many old photos of my family I scanned and will be working on using this filter.

Strobist info : foldable black background highlighed by a strobe in TTL at 24 mm. Model with the Godox Ad600 through octabox in TTL mode.
PP in PS : first step : frequency separation to clean skin and soften the hightlights and shadows on the face. Then I added layers for the color and texture with Topaz Texture. Finally, I modified the white background with Topaz texture.

I made the 5 shots separatly. Each model took the frame and I shot at the same distance.
Strobist info : 2 bare speedlights in TTL mode at 14mm on the right and left side of the camera. I tried to avoid bad shadows and to make a soft light. It was difficult since I don't have any softbox or octobox with me (holidays).
Post-processing : I merged the 5 shots in Photoshop (fun to learn special functions). I made a box to have a guideline and to align the 5 shots. Then I did frequency separation to sften the shadows and the skins of the models.
