Found this awesome wire shelf at my very favorite thrift store for like $8. It was intended for the inside of an armoire that needed shelves, but I liked it better out in the open where I could load it up with treasures!

Currently on display: things in my favorite colors of the moment - pink and aqua!

One of my beloved peonies, white with a pink swirl, scrumptious!

It had been 'beaten' in the garden by the weather, so it was studio time again...

Peonies are actually very easy to grow; once established they can tolerate drought and suffer from very few diseases.

However they do not like to be 'transplanted'.
