Located near Cabin Creek, one of the first settlements in Kentucky. It's a few miles south of the Ohio River Valley in an area of steep hillsides and small valley areas suitable for farming. Families often added a trailer for a senior member after the large house became too much to maintain. These structures have been removed with only the barn remaining. Sitting on the western edge of the Appalachian Region in the northern part of the commonwealth.
The world-famous Hagia Sophia museum in Istanbul - originally founded as a cathedral - has been turned back into a mosque.

Omnizorg in Apeldoorn (NL) is a very nice complex for me as an admirer of façades. The building's destination is a shelter for the homeless, drug addicts and people with psychiatric disorders. In spite of this noble, yet challenging function, the façade expresses a bright and structured playfulness through the colourful window shutters in many different positions in combination with the reflective / glazed surface of the bricks.
A detail of the Academy of the Arts in Berlin, which is, in my belief, a wonderful architecture - unlike the newer building close to the Brandenburg Gate.
Also I love this tiny camera. Always to have with me, extremely fast to shoot with and still under my control.
