Deep in the Arizona Strip at an overlook above Hidden Canyon. Unfortunately, it was a hazy day with smoke from a designated burn.

One from earlier in August when this big guy and five others were munching away on the willows and paling around like best friends. Recent reports are that the velvet has already been shed and/or in the process of being shed, and they have been hanging out in the higher elevations because of the heat. Hoping to find a few this weekend to photograph.
The Cecil is a popular club on Granville Street.

Spotted an interesting refelction of the overhead striplight on the glass on my phone. Cariad took a shot of it and challenged me to make something of it.

A winter storm has stripped the sand off the beach at Greyhound Rock. This is a common occurrence. The sand will wash back into place by the summer, unless people have done something egregious to foul up the coastal water dynamics.
