About a year ago I visited New Zealand. A requisite stop was a large bookstore. I purchased several books, some of which I stored in the original package until now. I opened the bag today and found this tucked among the receipts. Interesting, as I believe most large retail corporations ban such solicitation by employees. I like how the words got cut off at the bottom.
Nice green strings on my guitar!!! www.drstrings.com/ Look nicer than the sound they produce!!! But it's worth it :)

Greg Georgiades and Ashish Joshi perform as Strings n Skins at the Die Ou Pastorie in Skeerpoort near Magaliesberg, South Africa.
My cavaquinho (Portuguese ukulele) It has 4 metal strings, tuned in d-b-g-g. Not a good picture, as I made it with a very cheap regular camera and then scanned it.
These are the strings of my Harvest of Hope Fest Guitar! Special thanks to Ryan Murphy for getting it to me in mint condition - 31 UPS padded envelopes plus boxes, shredded paper and bubble wrap = two full recycling bins!
Harvest of Hope raises money all year long to assist with their mission of providing migrant farmworkers and their families with emergency relief and financial assistance. Check it out!

The Cathedral Window pattern is one that keeps people in awe. Very time consuming but elegant. This is an unfinished piece as it is still a work in progress. Each window is outlined in contrasting thread to give it more character. I have broke up the units using muslin on some windows to prevent it from looking so busy and hard on the eyes.
Despite having only four strings left in his guitar this guy played it really well.
Taken on a cold evening on Buchanan Street, Glasgow during a flickrmeet.
