Until dark, you can find large groups of Chinese gentlemen playing Chinese chess in Columbus park. I know it's hard to see, but I tried to get the board and pieces into the shot, it was pretty hard. I wanted to impart a sense of how many guys crowd around to watch. There's a sort of pavilion overlooking the park, I went up there to get this angle. There's one more that turned out okay, I'll post it later.

Sport organizations joined the BC Government in declaring a commitment to erase bullying in sport. Alongside Pink Shirt Day founder Travis Price, Vancouver Canucks alumnus Trevor Linden and Olympic-medallist Karina Leblanc – hundreds of provincial sport representatives pledged their commitment to a campaign aimed at strengthening BC’s sports sector to be a safe, welcoming and positive environment for all participants – no matter their age or ability.
This year marks BC’s 10th Pink Shirt Day and the fifth year since BC launched its ERASE Bullying Strategy to promote inclusion and support the diversity of all BC students in the school system.
