Romney was Coulter’s “favorite” in 2006. She “loved him” in 2011, foisted him on us in 2012, and, even after his decisive loss to Obama, called him a “perfect,” magnificent,” and “ideal” candidate. Even now, Coulter favors Romney for 2016!

A new procurement strategy is being introduced to change the way government buys goods and services and make it easier for businesses to access opportunities.
Government’s modernized approach to procurement will remove barriers for small, medium and Indigenous businesses; promote innovation; increase the focus on social, environmental and economic outcomes for people and communities; and enhance procurement capacity within ministries. The strategy also improves transparency in the Province’s purchasing processes.

Even a pup who hasn't yet mastered the sport of sled pulling knows all about kibbles.
So this fellow was delighted when his humans led him down the course by hand-feeding him kibbles every few feet.
Alas, the strategy came apart spectacularly when one of the kibbles fell to the ground just feet from the finish line. With that, the pup found it necessary to stop, look at the kibble and ponder his next move. In the meantime, the clock kept running . . .
Ah, puppies! Well, it's not whether you win or lose, it's how much fun you and the spectators have during the race. By that standard, this pup was a winner!
