I was walking a sim to take some landscape pictures and I saw my shadow hit the tree, Billie Holiday starting singing in my head.
Southern trees bear a strange fruit
Blood on the leaves and blood at the root
Black body swinging in the Southern breeze
Strange fruit hanging from the poplar trees
cry Drawing Mimi Yoon.
This hardly seems like England - yet this tropical vegetation can be found on the edge of the lake at The Vyne NT property in Hampshire. The wicker 'heron' in the background makes the whole scene seem weirder and weirder!

This block of ice came off of the top of my dogs water bowl. If is just a regular Round plastic bowl, about 6 inches deep. You are looking it the piece of ice from the bottom. I thought it was rather strange in shape and pretty. Worth a picture!
