Mixture of different styles and types of bar stools, a gas assisted molded plastic stool on the left followed by one with blue painted steel legs and a round timber seat and lastly an entirely timber stool with many cross braces. These bar stools are used for customers that are in a hurry and are eating right infront of the store front.
I found these stools at Marshalls for $12.99. Handmade and painted and soooo cute! Perfect size for little ones!

I took the digital rebel here and shot and it was what made me return it. Everything was blown out and looked like sh*t and I was just so frustrated. The film image is much better. I guess I'm just not ready for digital. I don't know how to work with it yet.
I needed a stool to keep my knees elevated so I could more easily reach when I hand stitch. This one is hooked mostly from new wools - boiled and felted.

This is a side view of the rooster stool. I painted the bottom of the stool in a barn/rust red to keep with the primitive feel of this piece.
A stool that I built for our friends' daughter.
She was recently treated for brain cancer, and during her rehab she needs a little but of assistance climbing into her bed. I built a short stool to help her climb in and out of bed.
The design was inspired by old German sleds, with slight modification for appearance. It measures 6 inches tall, and is designed to slide under her bed during the day so that it is out of the way. When she no longer needs the step for her bed, she can use the sled as a piece of furniture.
