i found this vintage stool at an estate sale -- covered in a stained and hideous 'country' fabric from about 1982, it seemed made for a fluffy fleece upholstery job ~
We have a veritable surfeit of various stools, of a variety of sizes, some vintage, several very new. Do come and see!
Floor-to-ceiling glass walls allow light to flood into the internal spaces of the building. Abstract artwork has been used to add colour and visual impact. Colourful fabric covered soft stools contrast against the neutral base colours of the area. Spot lighting reflects off the painted walls.
After 23K miles we no longer take the stools. They just weren't used enough.
Note this shot before the 'cubbies' were installed.
From an abandoned mental institution in Norway. One year after my first visit, I went back with new camera (Canon 5D mII) together with Martin and Geir.
Great day. Went through all three buildings. Sad to see them even more vandalised than last time. I tried to shoot other things than corridors and rooms, but I guess I will upload a couple of those as well.

It's a spooky place with a very interesting history.

GONE - This is a fun, colorful, unusual stool that is quite comfortable to sit on. The carpet-type material is hand-woven, and it is not at all hot or scratchy as some of this type are. It is very solid, not squishy, and it also has convenient little mini-feet on the bottom!
