The stool looks like it was a somebody's DIY project. Look how the top is attached to the base.
The base is solid wood. And it SPINS!!! The design of the top is fishy, but some cute fabric will make a huge difference.
i had to do a photo project for my class.. we had to take photos of shit that looked like every letter of the alphabet.. i didnt feel like posting all 26.. so ill post my favorites...

Hi, my name is Laurie, I'm from Montreal, and I do upcycled art with the name La Luna créations. Sorry for my English, I'll do my best to explain my project. I made these mosaics on the log with upcycled ceramics that were supposed to go to the dumping ground. I reuse old logs from dead trees, to make a table or a bench that we can sit on. There are multiple uses for that object. It takes me about two days to make one mosaic. I feel like it's a good way to reuse log and ceramics which I have contacts to find here in Montreal before they go in the garbage. Thank you for your interest, and I hope we can share that project with your media.
This stool was used by one of the coppersmiths. I was intrigued by the shape of the legs and the different colors of wood.
