along with my first finished cardboard for the "anything will help" show.

enjoy.

We went to Paradigm Coffee to get some bagel sandwiches and were excited to see one of my stickers on their grab & go drink fridge! This is the second sighting of my sticker- the first was on a car that Mike saw.

I ended up making a bunch of custom sticker designs for the Hibernia scene. Unfortunately, I can't seem to figure out how to render those large, curved-top panels correctly here. The white stripes should have a clear gradient to them that trails off to translucent at the top and bottom of each sign. That effect can be seen in the facades breakdown and somehow worked out properly in the final scene too. I guess you win some, you lose some.

The 'BIG FIG' sign is definitely my favorite of the bunch. I was a bit worried that it wouldn't be too clear but I think it worked out fine for the final scene. The 'VITA RUSH' sign was fun to design. I tried to take a slightly sci-fi spin on the original logo and I added a juice effect courtesy of one of the Monkie Kid stickers. I probably could have spent more time on the middle two large signs but they aren't visible in the final so its ok by me.

"Sticker Shocked..." refers not only to the stickers (decals) with which I have festooned my bike, but also my sticker shock when I found out how much my new shock absorbers for the bike were going to cost me. The price of a well-maintained bike. Ride on!

Encountered on a walk. Possibly star thistle? I can recognize star thistle when it is green, but it looks different when dry.

Got my sticker package today. Quite heavy, quite big, quite massive on stickers - 3000 of them, just in Danpa flavour. Got some promotional ones too.
