" It's very similar to what LuluLemon called its non-authorized clothing line: "Cool Sporting Event That Takes Place in British Columbia Between 2009 & 2011 Edition"

At the "Rally to Restore Sanity and/or Fear" volunteers were handing out souvenir towels. It might be a "tea towel" in reference to the Tea Party. It might be a towel we were given so we wouldn't panic, in reference to the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy.
