Every year, we break something. I suppose it's as much a family tradition as trimming the tree. Last year, it was the motorcycle ornament. The year before, it was my heart.
This picture is in memory of my good friend, Mark Harp, the King of Peru. Mark was a full-of-life guy with some bad food and smoking habits, both of which cost him his life.
Though his strong Baltimore accent made his singing voice quirky, he was a brilliant guitarist, composer, and songwriter—prolific, too, with 24 full CDs worth of music published and on the web.
I was fortunate enough to be called upon for some backing vocals from time to time, and it was always so much fun to be with him in the studio. I sang on "Big Man," which was eventually renamed and rerecorded as "Moguls in Training" for a sitcom pilot. I also sang on the wacky "Possom Song" and the coulda-been-a-hit, "Love's Hysterical."

Everyone should have known Mark. He was so full of everything. On Christmas Eve, it will be two years since he left. My grief is quartered.
There has been talk of a Mark Harp tribute album, and I may be asked to sing "Big Man" solo. How on earth could I fill those shoes?

So I noticed that the old KFC story I told a few years ago was still being looked at and decided that I'll give KFC website anotehr chance.
Step1: go to www.kfc.com (Success) Didn't even try .co.za
Step2: click on "Contact Us"
Step3: click on "International Feedback"
Step4: Feedback form loads
Step5: Start reading and page refreshes to a Customer Feedback Survey.
Step6: As I'm not interested, I see it asking me for my date of birth (set to today), I click on the only available button ("Next")
Step7: Get presented with a "Sorry! You are too young to participate in KFC's Consumer Feedback feature."
Step8: Realise that there's no way of skipping the Feedback survey and no way of getting to the actual Customer Feedback form.
Step9: Try refresh page a few times.
Step10: Wonder what red-neck designed their website.
Step11: Give up - Not in the mood for KFC anymore.
At least they've cut out 5 steps since last time. (4 steps as I didn't even bother with the 1st step from last time).
Note: If they ACTUALLY believe that I was born today, they shouldn't tell me that I'm too young to participate in the survey, they should ask me how the hell I'm able to operate a mouse and recognise my birth date and then sponsor me through whatever university I'd like to attend tomorrow!
On the flip-side, maybe they should have asked me again what my real birthday is, OR allow me to go to the feedback form without having to complete a stupid survey.
We know that Skylar and Susan must be different, so because of Amanda's and Samantha's clues we know that Cindy, Piper and Riley must be "Neither" We also know that because of Ashley's clue, that Johnny doesn't like Jennifer, which means he also doesn't like Jasmine. Because Jasmine is in column 4, Samantha's clue tells us that Jasmine is "Neither" which then makes Jennifer "Neither" as well.

Sew the long edge with a half-inch seam allowance. Mark the pressed fold line. (Use pencil or chalk for that - I just used the red thread here since it shows up better in the photo.) This is still the wrong side of the fabric showing. Mark the pressed fold line on the other short edge as well.

Step1 : Put some oil ( तेल ) in frying pan.
Step2 : Cut Onion ( प्याज ) vertically and fry it in the frying pan until it is light brown in color.
Step3 : Add Garam masala ( गरम मसाला ), Coriander powder ( धनिया पाउडर ), salt ( नमक ), Turmeric ( हल्दी पाउडर ), red chili powder ( लाल मिर्च पाउडर ) to the light brown onion in the pan.
Step4 : Fry it for some time.
Step5 : Add one chopped tomato ( टमाटर ) and matar ( मटर ) to it.

After removing the circuit board you can access the next set of screws for the casing that covers the focus motor.

Take a whole bunch of photos of a beautiful sunset and upload them to PC.
Step2:
Stitch them together with Autostitch / PTGui / Hugin / Panorama factory / Photoshop CS3. (Autostitch used in this case)
Step3:
Crop and straighten in Photoshop / Gimp. Save original image. (Gimp Used in this case)
Step4:
Change the levels to make picture brighter (and ensure that the whites are white and the blacks are black) and save a new copy.
Step 5:
Open Original and make the picture darker (bring out the colour in the over exposed bits) and save the third copy.
Step6:
Load the 3 cropped images into Photomatix and change settings to your liking. Process and save image.
Step7:
Open processed HDR image in Photoshop / Gimp again and clean it to your liking.
Step8:
Upload to flickr.

In my opinion, beautiful make-up shows your respect to others, it is a reflection of your life attitude, active or passive. Through your make-up, we can feel the enthusiasm for life in the air that you emit.
Especially for women, it will not only enhance their beauty, but also their confidence. In ancient time, one of the most important reasons they wore make-up was to keep attractive and caught their husbands' eyes. But now, people's idea has changed, women don't completely rely on men any more; they begin to appreciate themselves and be brave to show true self. So, we should say that modern ladies want to wear make-up for themselves more than for other people. However, there are some people think that true beauty is in your soul whatever your face look like, and I want to say that's right, but it will be better to have both of them, doesn't it? Then, we have a question that is how to get a beautiful face, the answer is cosmetics. After all, everybody is not perfect, we all need a little of adornment.
It's said that how to wear make-up is a kind of art, actually it is as far as I can see. Because you should wear make-up properly, yet it is not an easy thing. Different make-ups needed at different occasions. Here are several fundamental and important steps you can follow:
Step1: you need to know a little basic knowledge about how to wear make-up (through books, magazines, even training)
Step2: you should choose some cosmetics which suit to you (sometimes those expensive and luxury ones are not good and don't suit to you)
Step3: you should practice very often, because practice makes perfect.
Another rule you should follow is to make best use of your advantages and conceal your disadvantages as far as possible.
Lots of cosmeticians consider that nature is the highest spirit of adornment. Good make-ups always make you be unaware of the adornment. There are not beautiful women, there are lazy women, it's worthy of your spending time and money.
