The Delta was built by Lancia in this form from 2008 until 2014. It shared its platform with the last generation Fiat Bravo. There was no successor to this car as Lancia is reduced to one single model (Ypsilon) available only in Italy. Maybe within Stellantis there will be new Lancia models in future.

The Maserati Quattroporte (Italian pronunciation: [ˌkwattroˈpɔrte]) is a four-door full-size luxury sedan produced by Italian automobile manufacturer Maserati. The name translated from Italian means "four doors". The production of the sixth generation ended in late 2023, with the first generation introduced in 1963.
Maserati S.p.A. (Italian: [mazeˈraːti]) is an Italian luxury vehicle manufacturer. Established on 1 December 1914 in Bologna, Italy,[4] the company's headquarters are now in Modena, and its emblem is a trident. The company has been owned by Stellantis since 2021. Maserati was initially associated with Ferrari. In May 2014, due to ambitious plans and product launches, Maserati sold a record of over 3,000 cars in one month. This caused them to increase production of the Quattroporte and Ghibli models (the latter's production was halted in 2023).[5] In addition, Maserati offers the Maserati GranTurismo and two SUV models, the Maserati Levante (the first ever Maserati SUV) and the Maserati Grecale.[6] Maserati has placed a yearly production output cap at 75,000 vehicles globally.[7]
History
The Maserati brothers
See also: Maserati Brothers
Ettore, Bindo, Ernesto, and Alfieri Maserati
The Maserati brothers, Alfieri (1887–1932), Bindo (1883–1980), Carlo (1881–1910), Ettore (1894–1990), and Ernesto (1898–1975), were all involved with automobiles from the beginning of the 20th century. Alfieri, Bindo, and Ernesto built 2-litre Grand Prix cars for Diatto. In 1926, Diatto suspended the production of race cars, leading to the creation of the first Maserati and the founding of the Maserati marque. One of the first Maseratis, driven by Alfieri, won the 1926 Targa Florio. Maserati began making race cars with 4, 6, 8, and 16 cylinders (two straight-eights mounted parallel to one another).
Piazza Maggiore's Neptune and his trident
The trident logo of the Maserati car company, designed by Mario Maserati, is based on the Fountain of Neptune in Bologna's Piazza Maggiore. In 1920, one of the Maserati brothers used this symbol in the logo at the suggestion of family friend Marquis Diego de Sterlich. It was considered particularly appropriate for the sports car company due to the fact that Neptune represents strength and vigour; additionally the statue is a characteristic symbol of the company's original home city.[8]
Alfieri Maserati died in 1932, but three other brothers, Bindo, Ernesto, and Ettore kept the firm going.
Orsi ownership
In 1937, the remaining Maserati brothers sold their shares in the company to the Adolfo Orsi family, who, in 1940, relocated the company headquarters to their home town of Modena,[4] where it remains to this day. The brothers continued in engineering roles with the company. Racing successes continued, even against the giants of German racing, Auto Union and Mercedes. In back-to-back wins in 1939 and 1940, an 8CTF won the Indianapolis 500, making Maserati the only Italian manufacturer ever to do so.[9]
The second world war then intervened and Maserati abandoned car making to produce components for the Italian war effort. During this time, Maserati worked in fierce competition to construct a V16 town car for Benito Mussolini before Ferry Porsche of Volkswagen built one for Adolf Hitler. This failed, and the plans were scrapped. Once peace was restored, Maserati returned to making cars; the A6 series did well in the post-war racing scene.
Juan-Manuel Fangio driving a Maserati 250F
Key people joined the Maserati team. Alberto Massimino, a former FIAT engineer with both Alfa Romeo and Ferrari experience, oversaw the design of all racing models for the next ten years. With him joined engineers Giulio Alfieri, Vittorio Bellentani, and Gioacchino Colombo. The focus was on the best engines and chassis to succeed in car racing. These new projects saw the last contributions of the Maserati brothers, who, after their 10-year contract with Orsi expired, went on to form O.S.C.A. This new team at Maserati worked on several projects: the 4CLT, the A6 series, the 8CLT, and, pivotally for the future success of the company, the A6GCS.
The famous Argentinian grand prix driver Juan-Manuel Fangio raced for Maserati for a number of years in the 1950s, achieving a number of stunning victories including winning the world championship in 1957 in the 250F. Other racing projects in the 1950s were the 200S, 300S, 350S, and 450S, followed in 1961 by the famous Tipo 61.
Withdrawal from racing
Maserati retired from factory racing participation because of the Guidizzolo tragedy[a] during the 1957 Mille Miglia, though they continued to build cars for privateers. Maserati became more and more focused on building road-going grand tourers.
A 1958 Maserati 3500 GT
The 1957 3500 GT marked a turning point in the marque's history, as its first ground-up grand tourer design and first series-produced car.[citation needed] Production jumped from a dozen to a few hundred cars a year. Chief engineer Giulio Alfieri took charge of the project and turned the 3.5-litre inline six from the 350S into a road-going engine. Launched with a Carrozzeria Touring 2+2 coupé aluminium body over superleggera structure, a steel-bodied short wheelbase Vignale 3500 GT Spyder open top version followed in 1959. The 3500 GT's success, with over 2,200 made, was critical to Maserati's survival in the years following withdrawal from racing.
The 3500 GT also provided the underpinnings for the small-volume V8-engined 5000 GT, another seminal car for Maserati. Born from the Shah of Persia's whim of owning a road car powered by the Maserati 450S racing engine, it became one of the fastest and most expensive cars of its days. The third to the thirty-fourth and last example produced were powered by Maserati's first purely road-going V8 engine design.
In 1962, the 3500 GT evolved into the Sebring, bodied by Vignale and based on the shorter wheelbase convertible chassis. Next came the two-seater Mistral coupé in 1963 and Spider in 1964, both powered by a six-cylinder engine and styled by Pietro Frua. Wikipedia
Introduced in 1937, the H-Type Vauxhall Ten-Four was a major milestone in British car design being the first with an integral, or monocoque, chassis, also known as unitary construction. Other features which put the Ten-Four ahead of many rivals included torsion bar independent front suspension and hydraulic brakes. Fuel consumption was an impressive forty miles per gallon.
Replacing the traditional separate chassis with an integrated body and chassis unit (monocoque) produces a very strong, yet lightweight, structure. Vauxhall brochures compared it to a box girder bridge. The disadvantage is that noise and vibration are easily transmitted to the body, so the interior of the H-Type was lined with layers of sound proofing material to counteract this. The H-Type sold well, a total of 42,245 being produced. It was the basis for post-war Vauxhall models such as the Wyvern and Velox.

This late-model 2CV is powered by an air-cooled, two cylinder (flat-twin) 602cc engine, producing a peak output of 29 HP (22 kW) and 39 Nm (29 ft/lbs) torque. It is capable of running on unleaded petrol without requiring modification.
After nearly 25 years of absence Jeep reintroduced the Wagoneer in 2021. This is a Wagoneer with a 5.7 litre Hemi V8 engine with 396 PS. It is not sold by Stellantis in Europe, but some independent companies import the car here.

I shot this 11 years ago and pretty much forgot about it. But then, a few nights ago the evening news was interrupted by a police chase on a local freeway. No - they weren't chasing this car! But they were chasing its new equivalent, a new black Dodge Charger with a Texas plate, at speeds as high as 154 MPH. The guy got away. He outran or outfoxed a bunch of police cruisers and a few helicopters from police and news agencies.
All this occurred a few days after Stellantis publically announced their intent to discontinue production of the Hemi in all its forms.

Ranking alongside the Volkswagen Beetle, Mini, and Land Rover as one of the classic mass-produced cars of the post-war era, Citroën's quirky 2CV debuted in 1949. Intended to provide basic transport in a period of post-war austerity, the 2CV outlived its humble beginnings, going on to attain cult status as the favoured car of the environmentally concerned motorist. Although the original 375cc air-cooled flat-twin engine grew eventually to 602cc, the 2CV's performance remained relatively modest at around 110km/h flat-out, not that that concerned the majority of its devotees for whom the roomy interior, full-length sunroof and frugal fuel consumption were of far greater importance. It was a sad day for many when the last French-built 2CV left the Levallois factory in 1988, although production continued in Portugal for two more years.
One of the more unusual of the many 2CV variants, and certainly among the most collectible today, is the four-wheel drive 'Sahara' which, unusually, used a second engine to drive the rear wheels. This ingenious means of providing all-wheel drive had already been tried by some Citroën dealers, and by the end of the 1950s the factory had decided to produce its official version, which was intended mainly for use in the rough desert terrain of France's North African colonies. The first prototypes were shown to the motoring press in 1958, with production proper commencing in December 1960. As well as the additional engine, the Sahara featured a special chassis, reinforced suspension, wider wheel rims, twin fuel tanks (beneath the front seats) and countless other modifications to enable the car to cope with difficult terrain and climate. In 1962, following Algeria's independence, Citroën dropped the 'Sahara' name and the car became the '2CV 4x4'. It is estimated that approximately 700 of both designations were built.
The delightful Citroën 2CV 'Sahara' offered here is one of the very few built in Belgium and is believed to have been delivered new in that country. The car's early history is not known; however, it was in Spain between 2008 and 2011 before moving to the UK where it was registered in 2013. In need of restoration, the car does not start or run and thus is sold strictly as viewed.
These twin-engined 2CVs rarely come to the market. This charming example is offered with an instruction manual and parts catalogue (in German); a workshop manual and booklet (in Spanish); old Spanish registration papers; and a UK V5C Registration Certificate.

The Dynamic edition features ABS, dual airbags, roof bars, power steering, , central door locking, and a cassette player as standard.
The new dark red Fiat badge was also added to the Panda in Summer 2007.
The Emotion (Eleganza) edition is the highest trim level. This particular trim level features significant enhancements over the Dynamic, with a standard CD player, alloy wheels with low profile tires and automated climate control.
In some countries such as the UK, the Emotion is sold as the "Eleganza".
We tuned up our Dynamic Edition to an ELEGANZA edition.

MARK II (Second generation (2003–2012))
The second generation, launched in 2003, was the European Car of the Year in 2004.
Top Gear Motoring Survey in 2006 ranked the Panda
8th out of 152 cars
surveyed for reliability, craftsmanship, ownership costs, driving experience and service received.
The Panda I and II were manufactured only in Tychy, Poland, by Fiat Auto Poland.
Traditionally, Fiat have ranked at the lower end of this table, showing that the Nuova Panda is reversing the trend and suggesting a rise in quality standards for Fiat.
-
The high-bodied Panda takes clear styling cues from mini MPVs and mini SUVs.
-
Official usage
The Panda is produced for police departments (the Polish police have bought some blue and white Panda Actual models), military agencies (the Italian Army uses several dark green Panda Climbing models), forest services (the Italian forest service has dark green Panda Climbing models), and mail delivery services (the yellow Swiss Post model even comes in a popular toy car format readily available in grocery stores).

We visited our nearest Fiat dealer so they could perform a recall repair on my daughter's Fiat 124 Spider. By nearest, I mean an hour and a half away. There are only a handful of Fiat dealers in California, probably because the Fiat brand has only one car model for sale in the United States. The battery electric 500e is sole representative of the Fiat brand; I'd never seen one before. There aren't many to see. Of the 15,800,000 cars and light trucks sold in America in 2024, only 0.0061 percent of them -- 970 cute little A-class cars -- were Fiats. Stellantis, the cooperate mothership of Fiat, Dodge, Jeep, RAM and ten other brands, is probably keeping Fiat alive in the United States for sentimental reasons. Così è la vita.

Fiat Fiorino TD (2nd Gen) Business Van (1988-2013) Engine 1698cc 146.B2.000 S4 TD 62bhp
Registration Number X 629 BCH (Nottingham)
The Fiat Fiorino is a small commercial vehicle produced by the Italian car manufacturer Fiat since 1977 over three generations. Its first two generations have been the panel van derivatives of other small models, such as the Fiat 127 and Fiat Uno, while the current third generation was developed jointly with PSA Peugeot Citroën (both of which merged into Stellantis), and is based on the Fiat Small platform.
The 2nd generation, was introduced in 1987, based on the Brazilian Uno-derived Fiat Duna sedan. While similar in appearance to the European Uno, the Duna had a more robust chassis and was more suitable as the basis for a commercial vehicle. It was available as panel van (Fiorino Cargo), passenger (Fiorino Panorama), and pickup body styles. European sales commenced in 1988, selling over 250,000 units in Europe by the end of production in 2000, with unsold RHD versions being available in the UK until 2001.
Over its long 25 year production run the second generation received three facelifts. The first in 1992 introducing a styling inspired by the Fiat Tipo, along with a re-engineered platform a new interior, and optional cleaner engines.
The second facelift in 1994 introduced a new platform based on the Fiat Mille, while its frontal styling remained unchanged the wheelbase was extended, and the new rear side panels had single side windows (or single blank pressings) rather than the multiple divisions of the original model.
The third and final facelift came in 2004, with the Fiat Doblo style nose
In total 981,922 Fiorinos were built in Brazil, 775,620 were Cargo/Panorama and the remaining 206,302 were Pick-ups

Today was the last day of operations at the Stellantis (Chrysler) assembly plant in Belvidere, IL, with some 1200 people losing their jobs as a result. It is a landmark for travelers along adjacent I-90.
Stellantis made the move to idle the plant as sales slumped of Jeep Cherokee SUVs made at this plant. This plant dates back to 1966 and was recently modernized. In past years it built Furys, Volares, Aspens, Omnis, Horizons, Aries, Reliants, Dodge Neons, etc.
The Stellantis plant was by far the largest shipper for Union Pacific on the Belvidere Subdivision. Its closure means UP is down to just seven customers on the western end in Belvidere, Rockford, and Loves Park.
The 505 was about the end of Peugeot in North America, with sales ending in 1991. Shown here is one with the big bumpers and round headlights as required.
Peugeot is currently undergoing massive expansion, with the takeover of Opel, Vauxhall and India's Hindustan. Plan to return to the US and Canada in 2020, possibly with Opel vehicles.
Well, that didn't happen but the new parent of Stellantis did. There is still a chance for Peugeot cars in North America, but more likely to be using a Chrysler or Dodge nameplate. We shall see. (Oct 2022)
