There are many river cruises in Singapore, and it is something very popular for tourists. Here is an empty river cruise boat on the water, just next to a bridge on the water. In the background, just beyond the bridge is an overhead lighting support, meant for the Formula One race that is held in the night, and in behind those are the high rise buildings along with cranes. The sky has a large number of white clouds.

The San Mateo – Hayward Bridge (commonly called the San Mateo Bridge) is a bridge crossing California's San Francisco Bay in the United States, linking the San Francisco Peninsula with the East Bay. More specifically, the bridge's western end is in Foster City, the most recent urban addition to the eastern edge of San Mateo. The eastern end of the bridge is in Hayward. It is the longest bridge in the San Francisco Bay Area and the 25th longest in the world by length.
Murinsel (Mur Island) spans the Mur River in Graz, Austria. Designed by New York artist Vito Acconci for Graz's year as European Capital of Culture in 2003, the steel-and-glass structure serves as both a pedestrian bridge and a floating public space, connecting the historic old town with the modern city.

Shade structures installed on the "paper clip" city dock at Riverfront Plaza in downtown Baton Rouge, LA on an overcast day. You can see the water marks on the docks from where the river rises and falls.
The structure is lit with LED lighting that allows the panels to change colors for various holidays and special events.

The structure of the Bayfront Bridge which is a vehicular bridge along with the wonderful structure of the Helix Bridge (which is a pedestrial bridge) which crosses the water body connecting the Marina Center with the Marina South in Singapore. The Helix bridge is a new tourist location in Singapore, in the Marina area. The Helix bridge is a pedestrian bridge that connects the Marina Central with Marina South in the Marina Bay area of Singapore. There is a vehicular bridge right next to the Helix Bridge called the Bayfront Bridge. The bridge has an interesting structure, supposed to be made like a double-helix structure. The bridge is lit at night and provides a very interesting view. On the bridge itself, there are viewing platforms that provide a great view of the Singapore skyline. The bridge has a total length of 280 meteres, with a total weight of 1700 tonnes.

September 11, 2024 - The Cameron Suspension Bridge is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
"In March of 1911, Congress appropriated $90,000 for construction of a bridge built by the Midland Bridge Co. for the Office of Indian Affairs.
“At that time, there were hardly any cars,” Carson said. “It was a bridge for the Navajo people. The bridge was the earliest safe crossing of the river. It was meant for walking across with your cattle or your sheep.”
There's even a story that in 1937 a large herd of sheep crossing the bridge caused it to sway badly and nearly collapse, leading to some repairs to shore it up.
The Cameron Construction Bridge is an engineering marvel that played a large role in Arizona’s growth, according to an Arizona State Historic Preservation Office report.
According to the report, the bridge “is significant for its association with the initial growth of Arizona’s highway system as a major bridge which opened the northern portion of the state to development … A hybrid of suspension and truss forms, the bridge has engineering significance as the oldest surviving highway suspension bridge in the state and that utilized novel engineering techniques to cross the wide canyon of the Little Colorado River. Decades passed, technology advanced and foot traffic gave way to large vehicles. By the mid-1950s this became a problem as the old bridge was not capable of carrying heavy construction equipment needed to build the Glen Canyon Dam."
