To keep the kids happy there was a old traditional Fun Fair, including Savage Electric Yachts (1915), Dodgems, Children’s Car Ride & Roundabout plus Old Time Amusement Arcade.

It's steam powered but I could never figure out how it worked. It wasn't slow though - 126mph is the record for one of these and this one bombed around the arena showing clearly that they could certainly move.
Quite different from the traction engines!
There were a large variety of steam engines at the Australian Heritage Festival, these ones were mostly all "portable" steam engines, meaning that they had wheels and could therefore be "easily" moved to another location. (as opposed to standing engines which usually stayed where they were installed).
