Another stacked lens shot, IIRC with a 50mm prime reversed in front of a telephoto zoom.

Lighting was via an off camera TTL flash at arms length.

DOF at this magnification is extremely short, brobably less than a millimeter. Not having the camera perfectly paralell to the coin gas been enough to throw the top left & bottom right well out of focus

Had an idea to stack my fried chicken like pebbles ( Example : www.brentwood.gov.uk/content_images/web/size600/664302062...)

Not sure if that was a good idea, but it was still some pretty damned good oven fried chicken.

8 photo stacked together from lightning that was over 30 miles away. This storm went on for about one hour.

Stacked from 3 exposures on a live subject. One of the few cooperative dragonflies I came across today, most of the others wouldn't let me get within 5 feet. This one didn't seem to mind me laying inches from him snapping photo after photo...

South Stack is famous as the location of one of Wales' most spectacular lighthouses, South Stack Lighthouse. It has a height of 41 metres (135 feet). It has a maximum area of 7 acres.

Until 1828 when an iron suspension bridge was built, the only means of crossing the deep water channel on to the island was in a basket which was suspended on a hemp cable. The suspension bridge was replaced in 1964, but by 1983 the bridge had to be closed to the public, due to safety reasons. A new aluminium bridge was built and the lighthouse was reopened for public visits in 1997. Thousands of people flock to the lighthouse every year, thanks to the continued public transport service from Holyhead's town centre.

There are over 400 stone steps down to the footbridge (and not, as local legend suggests, 365), and the descent and ascent provide an opportunity to see some of the 4,000 nesting birds that line the cliffs during the breeding season. The cliffs are part of the RSPB South Stack Cliffs bird reserve, based at Elin's Tower.

The Anglesey Coastal Path passes South Stack, as does the Cybi Circular Walk. The latter has long and short variants; the short walk is 4 miles long and takes around two hours to complete. Travelling from the Breakwater Country Park, other sites along the way are the North Stack Fog Signal station, Caer y Tŵr, Holyhead Mountain and Tŷ Mawr Hut Circles.

Taken with my 1971 Minox "C" and Minopan 25 film.

Lacking in inspiration today. I needed a portrait photograph of a stack of magazines for a class assignment....so....yeah.

Carnivale AGNS: Magic will bring together artists, fun seekers, benefactors and art lovers in support of the Gallery’s important place in our cultural landscape. This year’s event, Carnivale AGNS: Magic, is a red carpet evening re-inventing the magic, mystery and excitement of a 1920’s Parisian circus, featuring circus performers, magic acts, French cuisine and encounters with art all under the Big Top.

Canon EF 100mm f2.8 Macro is not an easy lens. The shallow DoF on this lens makes it hard to frame shots. At this time I am not sure if I have received a soft lens.

Stacks of Duncansby, Just east of John O'Groats. I was there on holiday, and decided to make the short trip along the cliffs to see the stacks, and the bowfiddle rock formation. The light was fading, which is why it was so noisy, and blowing a gale, but worth it in the end.
