Some rainbow colored stacking rings I made for Amelia. She's just started to become interested in them--she likes to practice her new ability to hold things with the green and blue rings.
a7 + Auto Cosmogon 1:2 F=58mm
This Cosmogon is an export Helios 44M lens variant, usually sold along with Cosmorex-SE (Zenit EM) camera. According to unofficial sources, the lens belongs to a special series in honor of the joint Soyuz-Apollo flight into space. Cosmogon! :-)
Hi Guys! I miss Flickr, I've been out taking as many pics as I can of Fall color before it goes away. Last night, I imported more pics in Lightroom and my computer told me my Hard Disk space is almost full. yikes! It didn't come at a good time either because I just ordered the full version of Photoshop and am getting it tomorrow. I need all the extra space I can get! TIme to do a ton of deleting...the "not-so-fun-part" of photography.
Anyway, I've always loved pics of stacked food on flickr like cookies, etc. I didn't have any cookies so thought I'd try crackers.
I'll be around soon to see your streams.

This is a smoke stack on the Port Washington Generating Station. The plant is gas fired. On a cold day like today, the emissions are really visible.

They're stacked up like they are unwanted and to be discarded... Doesn't he know I'm totally starving right now and could use a slice?!?

Back at my hometown Ipoh and visited the Pasar Besar Ipoh ( Ipoh General Market ) with my dad, who loves to cook. While he was doing his shopping, I took the opportunity to snap some photos around.

Haystack is a very common post harvest scene in most part of the world. However it has only recently appeared on the local landscape, so I suspect we'll be seeing more of these soon. Btw these are dried cane leaves.
